"Their service was excellent and quick. They cleaned up their mess before they left. They clearly explained what they were gonig to do and what problems they encountered while doing the service. The 2-man crew couldn't reach my gutter (I have a 3-story home) with the 32' ladder they brought. Dryer vent exits at the 3rd floor and they were able to service it. They removed the charge for the gutter clean out from my bill (from $175 down to $50). A note for owners of 3-story homes: They can bring a 40' ladder with 3-man crew for jobs of at least $200. OSHA requires a 3-man crew in order to utilize a 40' ladder."

"The crew that came to clean was very professional and did a great job. They even came back inside to check that all the windows were clean. The gutters cost about $75 and the window cleaning was the balance. I haven't had my windows cleaned in this house before, but based on my experience in another city, I thought the window cleaning was a little expensive.
