"I found the company on Angie's List and sent an email asking if they custom cut mirrors.
I received a reply in a timely fashion and a few emails later I had ordered the mirrors and arranged for installation. The installers came as promised, called before they arrived, and were in and out in no time. My mirrors are perfectly installed and clean."

"I called up and left a message with a receptionist but did not receive a call back. I called back a week later and received an apology. After that, the service I received from was very good and professional. I arranged for someone to come out to give me a quote, and the employee (who also later installed the windows) and his apprentice came promptly at the arranged time and inspected the windows. The employee was able to see that the sealer between the original windows was not the best and the likely cause for the original windows to fog up. I received a call back from later that day with the quote and was able to arrange for a Saturday installation a couple weeks later. Again, the installer was prompt and professional and had the three windows installed in a little over an hour."

"I love them. They are the best people in the world. My house is 4 years old. I have low e windows and there was probably a manufacturing problem with the windows. I have 2 windows that are exactly alike, one in the front and one in the back. They have curved bows on the top which means that they cost a fortune if anything happens to them. There are 4 spaces in each window. Two of the spaces in the windows, one in each window, had condensation come into them. They had that happen immediately after I had them professionally washed, shampooed, or cleaned at the end of summer in August just before Labor Day. It was so odd that they were the same window. I said that it must be a manufacturing problem for it to happen the same time to the same window. I could not go back and could not do anything about it. I tried. I could not even find the maker of it so I had to call around. I thought I would change the whole thing but it was way too expensive. To replace just those 2 sections of that window I was getting horrible prices. I ended up going with , not because they were the lowest but because they knew what they were doing when they were telling me what they had to do and how it happened. was the salesman. He came out and he looked it up and he said he would come back. I had some other companies come and look at it as well. I ended up giving it to and the men who came out were so good and nice. They had to come into my home and measure and do all the stuff. They were very polite and put on stuff so that they did not bring mulched stuff into my house. While they were here, they asked me if there was anything else they could do for me. One of them was tall and I jokingly said that he could change my air-conditioning filters. My ceilings are 14 feet in the air and I have 2 air-conditioning filters in the air. That was a joke because he was 6 foot 5 inches. He did and when I tried to pay him, he refused. He asked me if there was anything else he could do for me. I told him I wanted to buy a glass top for my table. So far it had been too expensive. They charged me $242.00 and the prices I had been getting from other places were in the 270 range. It is a round table. It is supposed to be all round, but he showed me how it went. I told him that it was all I could afford from them and the next year I would save money and I would get a new top for my new chest. He told me he would go ahead and measure so he did not have to come back. He took the measurements and he left. Some other people came and put the windows in. They were nice and clean. They protected my house. Then this real tall guy then came back and told me that he was delivering my glass top. He put it in and it is beautiful. I love it. It is thick. My husband cannot break it. My husband likes to use screwdrivers on my dining room table. We have pared down to where we only have one table and we are using our very best. The guy said he told his boss how wonderful I was and he "

"They did a terrific job. We provided a sketch of the panel we thought would go well in the door. turned that sketch into several colorized computer drawings with suggestions on each and associated prices. After we visited their shop to select the various stained glass sections, they removed the panel, replacing it with a plain glass panel while they worked on the new panel, using some of the old panel in the new to reduce cost. In about 2 weeks they returned with the new panel and inserted it in the door. The whole project went very smoothly. "

"We’d considered numerous contractors and received 4 different bids but selected Bath & Tile due to their ratings (Angie’s List and BBB), recommendations and ’s personable attitude and philosophy with regard to his customers. He did not disappoint. I had a professional design that included some intricate tile work but relied on ’s opinion when some on-site decisions needed to be made. There are always some surprises with major remodels but worked with me to solve these; he always had a “can do” attitude. He believes in making his customers happy and this extended beyond the end of the job when he returned to make an adjustment to the slope of a small grout line in the shower to eliminate a minor leak. All the workmen were very neat, courteous and on time. I have especially high praise for the tile crew (artisans and very meticulous in their work) and the painters (equally professional and did exceptional work). We were on a tight schedule due to personal plans (about 6 weeks) and even with some setbacks finished on time. There were minimal adjustments to the original quote; a few debits and some credits too, all reasonable. Bath & Tile was not the least expensive bid, nor the highest, but were competitive and we believe we got exceptional quality at a fair price. Having remodeled my kitchen and worked with other contractors over the years, I believe that someone who is responsive to your needs is critical. stopped by most every day, was easily accessible by phone and his positive attitude made everything go smoothly. We have a spectacular master bath!"

"I got name and phone number form the pebble glass manufacturer. He came the next day and provided estimate for the services. He went and worked on a Sunday to help me finish my kitchen remodeling project and did an excellent and detailed job. He even went the weekend after to check and do touch ups."

"Very pleased. I am living in a very old house, and the first company I tried could not find the studs in the wall to hang the closet system. Handy sent a pair of workers who were able to find the studs and hang everything carefully and quickly. I found them by calling the Container Store, who has them hang all their Elfa systems in the Houston area (but mine wasn't Elfa). I had to wait a few days for service (less than a week), but it was well worth it. My quote was done by phone and email, which saved me time, too."

"I was very pleased with the service. I initially provided approximate window sizes over the phone, and they were able to give an approximate cost immediately (this was a Friday). A representative came out on Monday to measure, and the glass was ordered and in by Thursday. They would have fitted it next day except I could not be there to let them in. As it was, they came on the day I requested, arrived promptly and carried out the work with great efficiency and tidiness. Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful, courteous and professional."

"WOW. It looks beautiful. The new entertainment center really transformed our family room. showed us some of the work that they had done in the past and scheduled for him to come over to take a look at our house. He came promptly the next day and worked up a 3D design with measurements within a couple of days. It took about a month for the construction to start because of the prep work required to build and paint the custom made cabinets before bringing it to the work site. A three person team started with breaking down the old fireplace and hauling off the stuff on a Monday. The cabinets were then installed on Tuesday and some of the wiring started. Wednesday was more wood work for the crown molding & cabinet doors. On Thursday more painting and matching a section of exposed hardwood flooring. Friday was cleanup and touch up. Christian lead the effort and quality control. He also finished up on Saturday with the wiring of the components and cable. Very organized & clean."

" came out and gave me a price for replacing patio doors & windows indicated. He also made some helpful suggestions as to what would be most workable & cost-effective. The time between estimate and work started was longer than I expected - it was around holidays & the doors had to be ordered. Originally, the estimate was that it would take 2 days to complete the job. Due to bad/rainy weather, they could not begin my work until the 2nd day - however, they worked ALL day to finish the job. They removed old windows & installed new ones, caulking & insulating. They also removed old patio doors & replaced them. Due to the way our town homes were built (poorly), the door entrances were not level. They showed me where the issues were & explained what they did in order to install, caulk & insulate properly. It meant that one of the screen doors looked crooked when halfway open, even though the door worked, i.e. opened and closed properly."
