I appreciated the courtesy call to let me know they were on they way.  Den and Clay inspected the 10 year old Craftsman garage door opener.  It needed a sprocket to fix it for$125.00.  ...more I was quoted a price for a new Linear Opener and after weighing the options choose to replace it.  I wasn't confident another service call would be needed to repair the old  garagae door opener again due to the 10 year age.
