The first time I purchased the bed the frame of the full bed was not drilled correctly. The holes in the frame to attach the top bunk were misaligned. When we ordered the replacement for the bottom bunk it was then sent without the hardware to assemble the bed. When I asked customer service to send a hardware package to put it together, they stated they have no inventory and I would need to get that from the manufacturer. When I contacted the manufacturer, there stated they don't work with the public, only dealers or distributors. When I informed
customer service they stated they couldn't do anything and offered to send an email.

The sales associate at
was amazing. His name is Bill and he was a retiree. He walked with me around the store and had so much information about everything. He did not pressure me to buy anything, but was more like a tour guide. When I wanted time alone, he gave it to me but didn't forget about me. He is only there part-time, and actually stayed almost two hours longer than he was supposed to in order to make sure I was getting everything I needed. He later called me to let me know when I'd have all my furniture and he was just wonderful.

I went to
Houston Designer Furniture Provider Name Locked
for the first time today with the intention of looking for an inexpensive ($200 or less) night stand. I ended up finding a great deal on a night stand and bed frame thanks to Bee. When I told him my budget for the night stand he took me to their clearance items in the warehouse and showed me three night stands that fit my budget and style. When I was looking at one night stand I saw a bed frame that I really liked and was on sale for $400. Bee was not pushy at all, which I appreciated.
My only complaint is minor. I selected the 3-7 delivery window and was told they would call 30 minutes before arrival. They did not call and delivered the furniture at 2:00. If I had not been home this would have been a problem, but since I was home it doesn't really matter.
The men who delivered my furniture were nice and professional. They both introduced themselves to me and were careful carrying the items up the stairs. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I got to keep the furniture pads and shrink wrap, since I am moving in less than a month.

I paid in cash about $2950 for both living and dining room set. I ended having to different delivery dates, and my first delivery guy was rude and condescending. He refused to put booties on his wet boots before walking on my carpet, and would not comply until I refused to accept the furniture. A few weeks later I received my dininig set without incident. Within a few weeks of having had my new furniture I discovered the leather was buckled on my living set, and two of my chair to the dining set were defective. RoomstoGO sent out someone to look at my pieces. The guy came before the scheduled time, and my daughter let him in, he looked at stools that were not even purchased at RoomstoGo and left saying nothing was wrong with them. I had to contact customer service again and they had him come back. When he arrived, he would not adjust my dining chairs, but did attempt to address the buckling leather on my living room set. He tighten the living chair, but would not attempt to take apart the sofa to fix that leather. After that RoomstoGo agreed to replace two of my dining chairs, and offered me a replacement on the living chair but then we discovered that RoomstoGo had dicsontinued the living set, which was a brand new offering in the store when I bought it just weeks earlier. Further I discovered that the service person had not turned in a report on my couch and so I had to wait another week until another service tech could come out. He came and heated the leather backing f my sofa attempting to smooth the buckling leather. It worked somewhat but the buckling is still very noticeable. A week later after customer service received the report they called to tell me that the serviceman would count my buckled leather on the sofa as a defect and that they would close out my claim. After much debate and requesting to speak with this corporate person's supervisor she relented. Noting my account to allow me to reselect new furniture, as I had been through toomuch with them I specifically asked her did I have the full use of the amount I had spent because I had purchased the fabric warranty as well. She clearly stated that yes I did. Not an hour later I arrive at the showroom where they refuse to give me the full use of my credit, after another hour plus of back and forth with the manager and me requesting several times over that he contact
Houston Designer Furniture Provider Name Locked
in corporate directly, he claims to call corporate and
Houston Designer Furniture Provider Name Locked
has left for the day but someone else will not allow me to use the amount I paid for fabric protection for anything other than fabric protection, and that was the final say. The store manager continued to quote terms of a very vague warranty that through his own admission is subject to interpretation. However my problem is that never upheld their end of the contract as they never provided me with a product that was a true representation as I saw on the showroom floor. To add insult to this experience they refuse to accommodate my requests after all of my wasted time energy and possibly money. I will continue to submit complaints online to every available outlet because as consumers we should be able to trust companies to provide what they say and when they do not their should be some recourse for them, as there is for consumers. Please join me in my protest and email Roomstogo to please provide me with the full use of the total money that I paid to them, Please include my order #3808823. Thank you! God bless!!

I purchased 2 armoires from
Houston Designer Furniture Provider Name Locked
on February 1, 2011. The owner,
Houston Designer Furniture Provider Name Locked
, verbally assured me that both armoires broke down and that I would not have a problem moving them into my bedrooms. She said I could return the pieces if I could not make them fit. I was given delivery dates which were cancelled twice without notification. Upon arrival, the oldest, most expensive of the armoires did not break down, and the movers were unable fit it through my hall. The armoire was left partially dismantled in my garage, forcing me to park on the street. I waited for several weeks for a carpenter, who I was assured would take it apart. Again, I was forced to call and call again when no one contacted me as promised. After several weeks, the carpenter confirmed that the armoire likely would be ruined if he took it apart. When I tried to return the piece I was told the store would only give store credit. I was polite, but firm when I said it was not our agreement and that I wanted my money back. The lady who worked there gave me a credit and said-also politely-I would have to talk to
Houston Designer Furniture Provider Name Locked
. The armoire remained in my garage for pick up. When confronted by phone,
Houston Designer Furniture Provider Name Locked
refused to allow me to finish a sentence. The call became acrimonious on both sides. I told her I would contact my Visa card to block payment. At that point, she threatened a lawsuit. She claimed I had harassed her employees with my weekly calls, and that I was a “nightmare” client, apparently because I spent over $6000 in her shop and wanted her to provide the product she sold me. I was forced to agree to the credit and to wait for another shipment of antiques, which I was told would be coming in 1.5 weeks, when I would have first choice of inventory. Almost 4 wks later, on Saturday, April 2 at 11:36 (two months after purchase and still unable to use my garage), I received a message that the shipment was in and that I should call
Houston Designer Furniture Provider Name Locked
to go to the warehouse/barn to see what was available. I was out of town. I called at 10:36 am on Monday, April 4.
Houston Designer Furniture Provider Name Locked
said she had already sold the inventory to a dealer, but saved me a couple of pieces in the shop, because “she knew what I wanted.” When I arrived at the shop one of the two pieces was one I had already rejected. The price was not on the other armoire.
Houston Designer Furniture Provider Name Locked
said to tell me the price was $2700 and that she had already factored in a discount. Since I paid less for a much nicer/larger but similar armoire, I believe she padded the price knowing I had no other choice but to purchase the one armoire she left for me at whatever price she chose to put on it. The armoire was not what I wanted, in any case. I was told I could wait for the next shipment. I left the shop without purchasing and without resolving the issue. I have not parked in my garage for over 2 months. I am looking for some spot in my house to put a $3000 armoire that I needed in my bedroom, because I do not believe this woman has any intention of dealing fairly with me. Buyer Beware.
Houston Designer Furniture Provider Name Locked
will say what it takes to make a sale, but does not honor her verbal guarantees, rendering any claims she makes about her merchandise suspect as well.

They are very efficient, attention to detail and got furniture in my price range. Unfortunately they have relocated out of town and come in infrequently.

I took photos before applying the putty. I decided I'd better try to find out about the insect so I searched wood burrowing insect online and presto there was my bug, a carpenter bee. The species has one life-cycle and one set of progeny per year that emerge late summer. They are territorial and often return to their nest to re-infest year after year. The nests can have multiple galleries. Insect sprays don't work on these bees and neither does treated wood as the bees don't eat the wood, they only

and hibernate in the wood. Experts online recommend commercial grade dusts, year round, or better yet bagging the wood for a year, because the dusts last about 3-4 months which doesn't cover the life-cycle of the bees. Most experts online do not recommend spot fixes as often there are more nests inside which you can't see. Well I thought, the set must go back, but I didn't realize the Herculean task I was about to undertake.

has never heard of these bees. They offered to replace the set and a crew came out one night and only replaced the table. Surprisingly this crew had heard about these bees. A small piece of wood fell off of the new table the following day. Then 9 days later, they sent a "wood expert" named
Houston Designer Furniture Provider Name Locked
to my home to inspect the set, but his recommendations lead me to believe he doesn't know much about wood bees. I am still dealing with customer service. Update: The set sold to me was, and possibly still is infested with bees. Given that the set was sold to me in this condition, I feel it is
Houston Designer Furniture Provider Name Locked
's responsibility to return the set. I did initially speak with
Houston Designer Furniture Provider Name Locked
in customer service and he told me he would replace the set, and then if I had any more bees/problems that they [
Houston Designer Furniture Provider Name Locked
] would be willing to return the set. The crew that came out and replaced only the table came out that night at about 10pm, after
Houston Designer Furniture Provider Name Locked
had closed. I called the next morning to express my concerns regarding the set as well as the fact that a piece had fallen off of the new table. The next day I could not reach
Houston Designer Furniture Provider Name Locked
, but talked with
Houston Designer Furniture Provider Name Locked
who said that
Houston Designer Furniture Provider Name Locked
should not have approved the switch without the wood expert first looking at the furniture. I waited 9 days for the wood expert and as I have stated below, I do not believe that this problem is as
Houston Designer Furniture Provider Name Locked
as replacing a chair or chair back. Furthermore,
Houston Designer Furniture Provider Name Locked
makes it sound as though
Houston Designer Furniture Provider Name Locked
(the wood expert) could not find the hole when he not only saw the hole, but dug out the filler with his car keys. I did note on
Houston Designer Furniture Provider Name Locked
's website that there is an option to purchase a three year extended warranty which if it had been offered to me, I would have purchased because the set has leather on the seats and I have 2 children and a cat. I do wonder if it was not offered to me because this set has had other complaints, but this I will never know.

I visited store and met the salesperson. She was very personable and very helpful. I never felt that I was being rushed or pressured. She was very knowledgeable about her stock and eventually showed me the sofa that I bought. She took the time to carefully write up the sales and delivery order. The sofa was delivered exactly as promised and put in place by the crew. There were no defects or problems. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the purchasing experience.

They are the worst. The sofa began to rip at the seams, in less than a year. I called them to repair it, but they will not. They said, they must be notified in seven days of an accident. I explained it was no accident, the thing is just falling apart. I called and called. I wrote letters, which were ignored. At this point, I am just stuck with it.

The sales consultant did not seem very interested in selling furniture to us. However, we liked the furniture & knew what we wanted & purchased them anyway. We were informed that our furniture would arrive on December 16. But, it didn't. I had to call 5 times to find out what the delay was. The final customer service representative informed me that the delivery truck had been stolen. Why was I not informed of this? I had to call them 5 times to get this information. He then told me that they had tried to call & had spoken to someone. He was extremely rude to me. This was not possible since the phone no. they called on had been disconnected a week prior to the furniture delivery. I was then told that the furniture would be delivered on Sunday. The delivery dept. was closed & we never got our furniture. It finally arrived late Monday evening. Every single piece of furniture was severely damaged! Some of them didn't even arrive! I would not advise anyone to shop at Fingers.
