Houston Funeral Homes Reviews
We were able to get in to make plans immediately, we didn't have an appointment and it didn't matter. They were patient and accomodating. Upon arrival we were a little skeptical that we could afford a nice funeral given the really nice offices and facilities, but don't let their fancy schmancy look fool you - they can do a wonderful funeral as inexpensive or as grandeous as you want or can afford.
We knew our budget going in as the family members had discussed it, so we were honest with the staff that we needed it rock bottom cheap. They treated us as if we were spending a million bucks regardless. They went through a list of items and marked off anything not required, then we discussed items we could handle ourselves: flowers, guest book, funeral pamphlets, etc. They didn't try to squeeze every dollar out of us, any item we could arrange for ourselves elsewhere (such as the flowers) we did and were able to save a bit here and there as we took out the middleman.

They prepared grandma wonderfuly, she was gorgeous, everything was just as we requested and went without a hitch. As we were out of town the two days between passing and the funeral, my mother in law was able to work with them on the last few details and they really handled everything for her - which made it all the more wonderful, as she was alone and didn't have the stamina too handle much.
We'll definitely use
