Houston Floor Cleaners Reviews
I was slightly disappointed that the cracks are still visible, but it was explained that they can't be perfectly repaired without breaking out the tile and replacing it. That's not possible since our house is 35 years old and the tiles are worn and aged and that aging (and hexagonal 10" tile) cannot be matched. Some of the repaired cracks actually add character to the tiles and the majority of the cracks are covered by a rug, so I'm not complaining too much. But a couple of worn spots were not repaired and a few of the cracks and worn spots could have been fixed to look much better than they were. It's best to be present when the repairs are being made so you can review their work. When I pointed out places I was not happy with, they went back and redid them, which I appreciated. I gave them a "B" on quality because I should not have had to point out mistakes that should have been repaired correctly to begin with.
Overall, our floors look so much better and they really did a great job.
On the appointed day he arrived a little early and got to work right away. I left the house to get myself and my dog out of the way and he called me when he was finished. The carpets looked a lot better although there were a couple of
I was very happy with his work and will call him again.
He cleaned my stairs, master bedroom and closet, saloon, and hallway. It's the Red Dog Saloon and well...the cats love this space as much as the humans do. He said the job would take him 3 to 4 hrs. and he finished in 2.hrs. and 50 min.
I am very detail oriented and a bit of a perfectionist. Upon purchasing our home in West University
we wanted a number upgrades to the house completed prior to move in. New floors, carpet, paint, ACs, etc, etc.
Of all the subcontractors that worked on our home,
amazing and no micromanagement required. They were the hardest working, most professional, no non-sense group of
folks I have ever come across. Other floor bids gave me a time duration of up to 4 weeks.
which I found quite refreshing. Should anything change in terms of job scope, its respective time and cost estimates
were communicated clearly. I found him to be the most trust worthy of all the contractors I dealt with as well.
I would absolutely use
I added cleaning of the adjoining kitchen floor tiles to the contract; the kitchen tiles were in good shape, for the most part, and the bulk of the job concerned the white terrazzo tiles, which looked terrible.
The workers moved the furniture before and after the job. I had been afraid of the sanding process because I had read on the Internet that water is used to polish the stone. I was afraid of water damage.
Water is used, and
The job does take a long time (one or two days).
It's a relief to come home and see shiny, white terrazzo tiles.
