"We made an appointment to get a estimate. He came promptly at the appointed time and delivered a estimate of 250 and we scheduled a day to come back and do the work. He kept the appointment and completed the agreed upon work which included cutting the welds on the gate and re-welding the gate higher so it wouldn't drag and catch on the ground. The welds ...more didn't look to be of the highest quality when compared to the previous weld on the gate, but I'm not a wielding expert. Less than a month after the repaired the wield connecting the actuator arm to the gate failed completely separating from the gate making the automatic open and close feature of the gate inoperable. I called the contractor everyday for two weeks. He didn't return any of the messages i left. On the third week i called from my work number and he answered. We made an appointment to fix the gate at 10am on later that week. On the appointed day he didn't keep the appointment. He rescheduled for the next day he didn't keep that appointment either and after three days of calling he has not returned any of my calls. We have had to hire a new contractor to repair his work."

"I found in the office to be exceptional. I probably asked for 4-5 different bids over the period of a couple of months and she was always gracious and timely. She also kept me very informed about scheduling. The price was absolutely the best I found anywhere. And I got a lot of bids. In fact, the price was SO much better I was worried that the quality wouldn't be good ... but not the case. The only complaint I have is that a project manager called me at the end of day 1 and recommended some changes to the build. But when I got home the next day, those agreed upon changes weren't implemented. Turns out the project manager "forgot" to tell the crew about any of the changes. I wasn't very happy about that (which is why I rated professionalism a "B")... but the crew was following the plan I had signed with

- so I really couldn't fault them. After several phone calls from another project manager and from

(who gave me her personal numbers as well), we all compromised on how to finish the job. They stayed until 10:30 pm to finish the job the night before Christmas Eve so that I would have a fence for the holidays. I'd say that's real commitment. Due to conditions outside anyone's control, we had to delay signing their contract for more than their specified 14-day estimate period, but they honored their price anyway. Their representative on the phone was always friendly, courteous and accommodating. When we finally ...more okayed the job, the first evidence of their action was a few days later in the form of Digco, marking the buried gas lines in our back yard. A day or two later, construction began. On the first day, they had the old fence torn out, neatly stacked in sections in the front yard, posts set, stringers run, fence boards cut and staged for the next day. We had verbally asked the crew that morning for a minor design change made necessary by other construction. When I got home from work, I noticed that the change had not been incorporated into the work they did. I called it to the foreman's attention, and he apologized for forgetting to tell the crew, then made the change happen. No complaints, no argument, no whining, no attitude other than an obvious commitment to customer service. Kudos On the next afternoon, work was complete, and the crew had already left. We fully expected to be asked for payment before they left the site. When we called the office, their representative said to check the fence for problems before they issued the final invoice. WOW! MORE commitment to customer satisfaction! The fence is tall, tight, straight, well constructed and it smells good (cedar). We are more than satisfied, and would happily recommend
