"They stopped taking credit cards for their wash and fold service, which caused an inconvenience when I paid for both dry cleaning and wash and fold. However, on several occasions when I went a day early for pickup, my items were not ready even though they had been there for 5-6 days. I could not use them anymore when they misplaced my dry cleaning items twice in a one-month period. The first time they sent the items to the wrong

store. The second time they sent the items home with another person, who was gracious enough to return them. Besides these problems the quality of the cleaning always seemed to be fine. But, I couldn't take the inconveniences they were continuing to cause me."

"The work was satisfactory, and the price very fair. However, their "people" skills were sadly lacking. When you work with the public and would like return business, a smile and pleasant demeanor go a long way. "What a surprise to find at the top of a list of dry cleaners, as I am looking for a new cleaners because I am completely disgusted with my last three years of ! My husband and I have regularly had laundry as well as dry cleaning services performed there, and have finally decided to call it quits.
