"I had done work with Sunlight previously (front windows) and decided to have them put in my kitchen windows. They were here (4 man crew) about 9:30 and left around 4:00. Everything looked real nice and they cleaned up well afterwards. It was a very professional and efficient process. The French doors (which have been messed up since I bought the house) work as good as new. ) to refinish my wood front door after he showed me numerous photographs of doors he had refinished in the past. He said he would wirebrush the door where it was peeling, put a coat of 'conditioner' on, and a coat of spar varnish for $150. After he was done, it looked streaky and he suggested that it needed another coat in a few days - which would be an additional $35. I agreed and he came back 3 days later and put the second coat on. It still looked a bit streaky, but I assumed it would be smooth when completely dry. After 2 weeks, the finish was still streaky, and began flaking off in places. Now I have small areas of bare wood showing. I called

several times and left messages asking him to come and take a look at the door and see how the issue could be resolved. None of my calls were returned. I hired

in good faith and expected him to stand behind his work - and at the very least to grant the courtesy of a return call. I paid him way too much money for the work performed and the shoddy result. I feel ripped off."
