"The whole processes went very smoothly. I put in an internet request for a quote. I was called within 5 minutes and was able to set up an appointment with Eliel for later that day. Eliel was on time for the appointment, listened to the details of what I wanted done and concerns I had about potential repairs that may be needed. I received a quote by email about 2 days after the initial appointment. The price was very fair. They were able to schedule the job to start about 2 weeks after the initial appointment. The crew was always on time, arriving between 8-8:30 and working in some cases after dark (until between 5- 6). In general the crew was about 4 guys +/- depending on the task at hand. Eliel generally came to inspect the progress just before lunch time and then would communicate and updates to me. I generally came home at lunch to see the progress for myself. Any additional repairs that came to light when the old siding was removed were reasobably priced. Eliel discussed the different options that I had and let me choose the level/type of repair in relation to my budget. The entire job took 6 working days (no work was completed on the weekends - although Eliel did respond to phone calls over the weekend). The only inconvenience during the job was that the garage was used for staging the materials and a large truck (used to collected the waste) was left on site for the first few days. Eliel did ask for permissions before doing so and it wasn't a problem, just an inconvenience. One concern I had, was that I went out of town near the end of the project. Friends who had worked with other contractors warned me that they had trouble getting their contracts to finish the final details of the jobs at the end of a project. This was not a problem at all with

. They came back with a full crew to inspect the job, touched up the paint, reinstalled the screen doors they had removed, and were very concerned about the details. They did a good job cleaning up. Overall I was very pleased with the job, recommend the company to others, and will likely use them in the future."

"The owner is an extremely professional man and very punctual. The deck is gorgeous and they completed the work on time. My only MINOR complaints are: 1. I wish they would have covered my plants before painting with the sprayer. 2. I wish they would have made the top set of stairs farther from the eave of the house. There's a head bumping hazard there."

The owner of the company came out to give the estimate, agreed to re-use the antique bricks we already had on site, was honest with us about what type of result we could expect, came up with a creative design idea, sketched it out, and provided a written estimate. It took us a while to decide to hire them, because the project cost 15 - 20% more than the 3 other companies we interviewed had quoted us. I was mostly satisfied with the result. Their crew was professional, however they skimped a little on the site prep by not excavating very deep, and not using a level to grade the land before they went about laying bricks. I might have given them an A if the cost had been more in-line with

He and I designed a deck that would include flower boxes (2) and two benches as well as deck space. The deck as designed was 128 square feet. We agreed on the project on 12/26/09 and established a start date of 1/14/10. We spoke on 1/11/10 and moved the project a couple of days up due to the weather forecast - a rainy one! So,

They responded quickly to my inquiry, had people ready to go to work within 2 days of my accepting their bid (which was lower than I expected) and called me every day to let me know what they were going to do. All the repairmen were very professional. They purchased my outsized door replacement and ordered it to include a deadbolt lock, which the old door did not have. They then went and purchased a deadbolt and had it keyed to match the rest of the locks without charging me. I highly recommend this firm."
