" and his team were excellent. BCS has a great selection of stones of all kinds, and we quickly found something attractive. They even opened up on a Saturday so we could come make a selection. The quality of the installation was excellent, and the counter looks great. The workers who did the install were also very neat and cleaned up after themselves well. We would definitely do business with BCS again!"

"The company is outstanding. The entire experience was good, from the owner to the folks that help you pick out your materials. They are helpful with helping you come up with a good design. They are professional. The granite installers are great from the time the come out to measure all the way through the install. It was the best experience I have ever had. I had a problem with some of the back splash tile and they had no problem sending someone right out to fix it. It is a locally owned and operated business. I am going to have them back to do the bathrooms. "

"Our Corian countertop was cracked. I was referred to by one of their associated companies I found on Angies List. I left a message and the called back the following day to get the details. Woody, the tech / craftsman, called the next day and arranged a time to come out and see the damage to give an estimate. He arrived at about 7pm, which was good as I didn't have to take the afternoon off work. He gave an estimate of $250.00.
He then came out on Tuesday 1st Feb, as promised, and removed the damaged counter. He explained all the steps he was taking and why he was doing what he was doing. He then carefully removed the caulking, cleaned up, sprayed to clean the remaining surface, made the cooktop safe to use without the counter in place and then vacuumed.
The ice storm interrupted the re-installation. Woody called on Wednesday, the day before the scheduled install to tell us he had lost power in his shop due to rolling blackouts and had to delay until Saturday.
He turned up on Saturday as promised, took a long time to measure, prepare, re-mesure, cut place new blocks, show us the repair and then invited me out to the driveway to show me how to prepare and the countertop. He then added additional insulation tape around the stovetop as he had noticed some discoloration from heat during the repair and he took time to color match the caulking, using tape to eliminate any mess. He again used the vacuum to clean up.
It took 3 hours to perform the installation
Woody is a true craftsman, using very high quality tools and he takes the time to do the job right. He is quiet, but very personable and amiable. He stated he had been installing since 1975 and it shows. In a time of wham bam, lowest price shoddy workmanship it was a real treat to see somebody do something right the first time with great skill. Hence I call him a craftsman. My grandfather was a heritage cabinet maker, making high end furniture. I know a craftsman who takes pride in doing something right and is very skilled when I see one (I don't see them very often).
This experience was a pleasure from start to finish."

"They started on time. And finished what would have been on time if we had not added additional scope. Helped us select cabinets, bathroom fixtures, tile, granite countertops for kitchen and baths. Their subcontractors for the tile, plumbing and electrical work were wonderful; polite, responsive, and very professional.
and are fun people to work with. We were directed to them by Angie's list, and I encourage others to try them.
We are using them in January 2011 to put in new wood flooring and windows."

"He is wonderful! is prompt and responds quickly. He provides close supervision of his workers and provides great detail in his work. His cost was very moderate compared to other estimates we had received. He is a great value for the price. We'll definitely use him in the future."

"Originally I wanted to just have my cabinets refaced, but after consultation with , I decided to replace my cabinets. Due to the change in my plans, it took him some time to make the cabinets, but once he got started, he worked quickly and efficiently. He always cleaned up the work area after each day of work. His choice of granite that was included in the price was great and I was able to easily find granite that went with my colors. The work took about two months from the time that he started after he initially made the cabinets. He called in the granite people when it came time for the granite to be installed and called in a person to put in the backsplash. I was very pleased with my kitchen. It is so beautiful and I can't thank him enough. He used my garage to do the cabinet building and painting and left it much neater and cleaner than when he started. I was amazed."

"I worked with in the kitchen department. She was very efficient and helpful in guiding me through my choices. She even helped me pick out tile and grout! They came on time. They were reliable and dependable, and they cleaned up very well."

"We started in March trying to work with the designer and explained that we needed to do things quickly in order to get our house ready for sale. The designer was very nice at the first meeting and we were looking forward to working with her. Unfortunately, the designer was frequently out or unavailable, was very slow in returning calls and/or responding to emails. She also did not call when she said that she would or provide an itemized price lists for the jobs. For example, we were given one overall price for all of the work. Although we immediately requested an itemized estimate in April, we never received an itemized estimate. Additionally, Items that I thought she ordered for us were not ordered as agreed. Furthermore, she seemed unprepared for the meetings that we did have - like she had forgotten what we were seeking to do each time we returned. We finally got tired of waiting for Outdoors to take this job seriously and hired someone else to replace our floors, lighting and cabinets. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this service."

"We’d considered numerous contractors and received 4 different bids but selected Bath & Tile due to their ratings (Angie’s List and BBB), recommendations and ’s personable attitude and philosophy with regard to his customers. He did not disappoint. I had a professional design that included some intricate tile work but relied on ’s opinion when some on-site decisions needed to be made. There are always some surprises with major remodels but worked with me to solve these; he always had a “can do” attitude. He believes in making his customers happy and this extended beyond the end of the job when he returned to make an adjustment to the slope of a small grout line in the shower to eliminate a minor leak. All the workmen were very neat, courteous and on time. I have especially high praise for the tile crew (artisans and very meticulous in their work) and the painters (equally professional and did exceptional work). We were on a tight schedule due to personal plans (about 6 weeks) and even with some setbacks finished on time. There were minimal adjustments to the original quote; a few debits and some credits too, all reasonable. Bath & Tile was not the least expensive bid, nor the highest, but were competitive and we believe we got exceptional quality at a fair price. Having remodeled my kitchen and worked with other contractors over the years, I believe that someone who is responsive to your needs is critical. stopped by most every day, was easily accessible by phone and his positive attitude made everything go smoothly. We have a spectacular master bath!"
