"Terrible, terrible service. I had to drive 30 miles to pick up a new modem that they said I needed to replace. When I got it home, it didn't work. They said that was all they could do, unless I wanted them to send over a technician for $90. I said that was fine, and they said they could come on Wednesday the 17th. It ended up that they said they couldn't ...more come out until Thursday the 18th, then it turned out they couldn't come until Friday the 19th. They basically told me the best option was to cancel the contract and then switch service providers all together. They go back on their word. If it is a small business, they take care of you. When a business is established, they act like they don't know who you are. They go back on commitments. They are rude when speaking with me on the phone. Once I was talking to them and the phone got disconnected. I was still holding on to my phone while I got disconnected. I called them back, and I was accused of hanging up on them while I never let go of the phone out of my hand. They are smooth talkers. They are not at all pleasant to deal with."

"The quality of their work was good, and everything works fine now. I had another problem afterwards, and I took it back to them. I just had a question, and they helped me. They were very nice people, and I feel like they were trustworthy. I have gone there 3 times, and I would definitely use them again in the future."

arrived on time and proceeded to do the necessary back up of my data, then uninstalled VISTA, installed XP and restored all of the data on my laptop, plus checked out some specific issues I had, to make sure that they worked now. The whole process took about 4 hours. This is the best $175.00 I have ever spent! I absolutely will call
