"I called to have my chimney cleaned. Bill showed up on time and ready to work. He found that the screen caps were missing/damanged and birds had taken up nests up there. This was the reason why I heard the noise on my roof! Bill told me that he could install new screens right away and did so. In less than 2 hours he had cleaned my chimney and applied the screen caps to both of my chimneys. Bill was fantastic, has a great attitude, is honest, and knows his stuff. I got more than I expected. I highly recommend

I politely declined and I was surprised by this results given the rave reviews at Angie's list for this service provider. Later another service did the chimney wash for $125."

"I chose not to have him fix the crack in my chimney because I felt the estimate was too high for what needed to be done. He did call the day before he was supposed to come out to see if we could change the time, but I said no because the time he wanted to change the appointment to did not work with my schedule. He was very polite about it and said that was fine, we could just keep it as it was. He was right on schedule the next day."

"I needed my chimney swept and a cap put on. They gave me an estimate over the phone and said they could come out that afternoon. They came on time, looked at the chimney, and discovered that it needed some repair. They showed me a picture they had taken of it that showed what work needed to be done (it was quite obvious). They finished the cleaning that day but had to come back the next day to finish the repair and install the cap, but I didn't have to be there for that part. Once they finished, they took another picture to show what they'd done. They also suggested that I re-line the chimney, and gave me an estimate for that, but I decided not to do it at that time, and they didn't pressure me about it. The guys were personable and professional and I would hire them again."
