" Bundrage and his team arrived on time and quickly began polishing marble floors in a guest bath and the master bath. They also cleaned marble and travertine in the master bathroom. Both marble floors now look like new and we are delighted with the results. One tile had a stain from the previous owners and in the process of trying to remove the stain, one of the workers ground a depression into the tile. When we showed it to at the end of the day, he said he would have it replaced at his expense starting at 10 AM the next morning. He arrived with a tile worker as promised and used one of our spare times to replace the original. It looks perfect. was present at the beginning of the day and for the last hour. We could hear him telling his crew that he wanted extra work performed on some areas and that he took pride in the quality of work delivered by his company. got on his hands and knees himself to help with the project. We would definitely use for any type of stone polishing or restoration in the future."

"I'm a fairly difficult customer to deal with because I prefer working via email. from Replastering had the patience of an angel and the diligence of a tax accountant in helping me set up this project. The services were performed by 3 teams over 3 work days. Day 1 found team 1 draining the pool, removing the old tile/coping (and stacking it up on the patio), chipping out faulty plaster, cleaning the plaster with acid, and applying multicoat as a bonding agent. I was somewhat unhappy at this point in the project since some multicoat ended up on the wall of the garage. Day 2 involved the coping/tile team who did an amazingly fast and quality job applying tile and coping. They also removed the old tile/coping. Between work day 2 and 3, one employee came out to repaint the garage wall and apply deck sealant. Day 3 involved the plaster team applying the new plaster, applying acid etching, and setting the pool to refill.
Overall, I'm very happy with the job. There are 4 issues with this experience which I would cite to future customers. First, pick your tile/coping in person. I'm a fan of email, but brochures do not adequately convey what a tile/coping/plaster will look like. That said I'm very happy with what I chose. Second, my pool took 2 days to fill, during which showers and dishwashing was somewhat affected--plan accordingly. Third, pay attention to the first team (the demo team). If you fear acid or other chemicals ending up on your surfaces/plants, take steps to protect them (or ask them to). Fourth, ask for a work schedule. I was never sure what day or time of day to expect the crews. Here is how my schedule worked out:
Saturday: 8:30am (Team 1)
Monday: 9:00am (Team 2)
Tuesday: 12:00pm (One employee-paint touch up, deck sealant)
Wednesday: 7:30am (Team 3)
Friday afternoon: Pool filled
Saturday: Pool startup begins (chlorine, stabilizer, filter cleaning) Note: Different company
Sunday: More pool startup (brushing, vacuuming)
Monday: More brushing/vacuuming)
Tuesday: More brushing/vacuuming/chemicals)
Friday: Pool ready to swim in
That's about 2 weeks total."

"The scope of the job was priced according to sq.ft. I had 5 quotes and felt his bid for the job was right on. I am very happy with the work that took a total of 8 days to complete. and his team worked hard all day with only taking a short lunch break. is willing to make you happy and satisfied by doing his best to accomodate your time schedule. He and his team are very honest and hardworking. He cleaned up after the job was done and took the rubbish to the landfil.
I would recommend him highly to install, set and grout any tile job."

"The installer arrived a little early, demo-ed the old floor & cleaned the surface for the new 13" porcelain tiles. He explained that he had to make all the cuts before starting to glue, since he was using "15 minute glue"--and he left no mess outside where he cut the tile. He installed the tile nicely, re-seated the toilet, grouted, and sealed the grout. He even noticed that the toilet float-valve had been sticking/ leaking, so turned off the water until we could get that fixed. He was here 2/3 of the day. The floor looks wonderful, the grout dried to a perfect color, and the price quoted was below HALF of the quote from a recommended contractor who said the floor would take a week! (That included removing the molding & replacing it with new that would need painting.) We used 2 years ago for our hardwood, and recommend them to our neighbors, who have used them because of that."

"They did a wonderful job and 6 months later I still love my shower. The shower did pose some obstacles as I wanted a number of features and quite a bit of research was required on the part of as to making everything work together which it did perfectly. There were a couple of occasions that I didn't want certain things quite how they placed them and it was quickly redone how I wanted it without a single question asked. I will definitely use them again if I have any additional work to be done!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

"The installer intentionally opened up sealed doorways allowing demolition dust into other parts of the house. Installer did an awful job matching stain for the quarterround, getting stain on the new tile. The installer left mortar mess on my front sidewalk and driveway. MyFlooring admitted to all the mistakes the installer made, but took 8 weeks to finally clean up the mess. Several of the fixes were mash-ups -- not done correctly, but MFA simply said that if it fails later, they'll fix it. I was incredibly frustrated with the low quality install and the low service level afterwards."

"I'm unable to contact this person via email or telephone after paying him half of his quote up front, in cash ($3,000.00). My attorney is currently in the process of filing a lawsuit. I have a written receipt of the down payment, signed by him and dated. While waiting on the legal process, I intend to post a video on youtube, create a facebook page, report him to the BBB, and put up a billboard in his hometown (San )."

"The exterior painting and tile work was performed neatly and looks great. The garage floor is a work of art. He cleaned all of the grease spots with muratic acid before applying the expoxy. He also added some multi colored and then finally applied two coats of a clear sealer. In every job that was performed, the quality of
the workmanship was outstanding. Also, the moving of the furniture, etc. was handled very efficiently for each room and items put back properly. This was a very big job (10 rooms) and was performed with great care. Christian is a craftsman of many talents. He also has a very talented crew. They always showed up on time and cleaned up everyday. This work took place over several weeks and Christian always made sure we were happy with the progress and fixed any detail we required. Again, we would highly recommend Christian of ."
