"I was very impressed with the service and I will call them again. They fit us into the schedule because we had sparks from an outlet, and I was afraid of a fire being started. They came out same day, even though their schedule was full. The technician ...more was knowledgeable and very professional. He took the time to make sure this was the only problem. He checked from our electrical box in the garage to all the outlets in between for shorts. I am very grateful for their wonderful response, and I would highly recommend them to everyone. "

"The electrician was one time, professional, and did a good job with the light fixture installation. I used an Angies List Big Deal for the work.

showed up on time. I increased the scope of work, and he didnt hesitate to complete the work. Considering it would go from 1.5 hours to 3 hours. He and his helper were courteous and professional, and the price was competitive. excellent service.
was on time and professional.
The thermostats were a little smaller than the original ones and
did very well covering the hole from the previous model.
The ceiling fans work great. He was very careful.
The price for the fan installation from another Angies List provider ...more was matched by this company. They went over and above for me.
will definitely have all our electrical business. Very Satisfied. "
"Perfect from start to finish. This is the reason I use Angies list. Technician was professional,on time, knowledgable and a great person. It is hard to find the time to get work done. Then you have to open your house to a stranger that will be around you and your family for hours. When things get done correctly by a professional it is really appreciated.
and his crew showed up on time and formulated a plan for the work that needed to be done, assigned different duties for his crew and they got to work immediately. Everything was done as requested and they returned the following week to tie up some loose ends and do some additional work I requested. The only glitch was a scheduling ...more slip but they made up for it by giving an additional discount. I would recommend
"The company did a good job installing the fan. It runs smoothly. However, there were some things that could have been better.
1. The company installs the fan, but they do not provide services to repair the ceiling fan and the wall. This means that if you are trying to install a fan in a room that does not have an existing light/fan, you will need ...more to hire a third party to repair the drywall. This service can be expensive, so it would have been nice to know this beforehand. I think most ceiling fan installers should provide drywall repair services.
2. the installer left, I couldn't figure out why the fan was not cooling. After a few minutes, I realized that the direction switch on the fan was set incorrectly. It would have been good if the installer checked to make sure that the fan was working properly before he left.
Other than these two things, I like where the fan was placed (directly in the middle of the room). The service man was nice and courteous. "
, this guy is a fraud! I had 2 service visits from the owner, Mr.
. The second visit was to correct inefficiencies from the first visit and for some new items. This cost me additional money for the repairs to the repairs. Mr.
mainly supervises his employees, who may ...more or may not be illegal immigrants. And by supervise, I mean that Mr.
spends the majority of the time berating and speaking in an inappropriate manner to his employees. My wife and I both felt badly for the workers, as the comments that they were forced to receive were inappropriate and offensive to say the least. Furthermore, Mr.
made racially offensive remarks in regards to one of my neighbors.
The ceiling fans, the grout work, the lighting installation, the chandelier installation, and the faucet installations went well. The television installation is another story. My primary television was installed, but Mr.
had to return in order to make the installation look acceptable by installing trim at our request, as after his first attempt, there was exposed wall beneath the television. The surround sound, after 2 attempts, still does not work properly. I refused to pay for a third visit to correct a problem that was not properly fixed on the first visit. Mr.
also managed to sell us on the need for a blue tooth device to connect the audio, gaming, and DVD system to the television. Mr.
sold us on a $500 piece of equipment that does not work. Mr.
refuses to refund the costs and has offered to return (for a fee) in order to reset the device. It should also be noted that Mr.
collected a personal check for this equipment, but will not provide a receipt. By not providing a receipt for this equipment, I am unable to claim the sales tax on this purchase for Federal Tax purposes. Furthermore, I am unable to check on warranty information as well. This equipment retails at numerous stores for $439.99, yet Mr.
billed me $500 for this piece of equipment.
In regards to the second television installation, Mr.
completed this task himself. Mr.
with a shelf, and simply connected the cable box to the television, leaving the wiring exposed. This was unacceptable. After returning the second time, and at my expense, Mr.
ran the wiring through the wall. Mr.
patched the wall with the quality and precision of a 4th grader, as demonstrated in accompanying photos.
In regards to the hanging of the closet door, again, this work was pitiful to say the least. The door is crooked and misaligned, which is reprehensible since Mr.
claims that doors are his specialty. As clearly demonstrated in accompanying photo, the door was so misaligned, that I am able to see into the closet itself.
Finally, since we had just moved from out of state, we had a sofa and love seat which was less than 2 years old, that we intended to donate to a charitable organization. Mr.
convinced us to donate these goods to his church, and offered to provide a receipt from a recognized charitable organization. Mr.
took possession of the furniture and failed to provide a receipt. When confronted, Mr.
has provided a plethora of excuses. I still have not received a receipt.
In short, this provider is a fraud! The fact that he openly touts himself as a, "good Christian", makes me sick to my stomach as he has lied, and stolen from me. Lesson learned, and I will not recommend nor use this provider for anything in the future. I consider my payments for services to be a cost for a lesson learned, and I am positive that I will never see the receipt that was promised to me again.
The services that I received from HRR Services was sub-par to say the least. After the initial service, Mr.
had to return to make repairs to his repairs. This was done at my expense. Upon completion, even though the work was not performed satisfactorily, I was not going to have Mr.
return only to charge me again.
Since posting my factual review, Mr.
has contacted me via e-mail and is threatening and harassing me because of this review. This action is deplorable."
