"I brought the car in on a weekday morning without an appointment and they appeared to not be very busy and took it right away. I could have waited, but I chose to take the train to work and pick it up later. Anyway, the alignment had been a problem for awhile and eaten up my tires before their warranty was up, and my dealer had tried unsuccessfully ...more to fix it.
