After the test drive, I expressed interest, but when they ...more showed me the price, it was $4K more than the price of the car I had shown up for. They ask a lot of probing questions to try to get you to
rates you will settle for. There was also a tremendous amount of "I need to go talk to my manager" and they attempted to get me sign on a drawn up contract agreeing to certain prices. It was a lot of pressure.
If I hadn't been my first time to a dealership, I think things would've gone better. They have good variety, but be prepared to be put under some pressure. "

From start to finish, I was treated with courtesy and respect. They offered me a fair price on a car and a fair trade-in value. The price was more than fair, actually; it was well below MSRP. They were patient with me as I decided which vehicle I wanted and offered me a comparable deal when I changed my mind. They don't pressure or hassle customers into buying something they don't want or need. We spent minimal time negotiating. I was there and back within the day and drove my new car home.
This dealership also has a great reputation for service and provides free loaner cars. I wish I lived closer so that I could take advantage of the service side of the dealership. But at least

Although they told me it was a V6, when I test drove the car, it did not have the appropriate acceleration -- we then looked under the hood to prove it was actually a 4-cylinder engine. They then switched salesmen on us. The dealership then told me that an employee had a V6 at home that I could test drive the next morning. We made an appointment to return the next morning. We returned the next morning, but the car they promised was not there (employee had the day off) and the salesman with whom we made the appointment was too busy to work with us. They switched us back to the 1st salesman. The dealership said they would go retrieve the car for us to test drive and it would be there in about an hour. We asked them to call us when it was available. When they called us a few hours later, they said another RAV4 had just been delivered and that I could test drive that car instead. At that point, I did not trust them to tell me over the phone the features of the car and was tired of getting the run around. I did not return to the dealership, I instead purchased a car from a different dealer. I would NOT recommend the
