"We received the estimate and scheduled the work. We had no other transportation so they drove us home and when ready, picked us up. We explained that we would be out of town when the car was complete and they kept it for us in a secure location. These people were absolutely wonderful. They also did a fabulous job. "My 16 year old daughter had the accident. I (her mother) arrived at the scene, and had her truck on their wrecker. A seemingly sincere young man approached me and said his shop was right down the street (Galaxy) and would I like him to take it there. I should have said, "DROP IT" and called AAA, but I just wanted us out of there. The accident was June 4th. We got the truck back AUGUST 4TH!!! There was always some excuse in the first couple of weeks on why they hadn't even started the work. I understand parts have to be ordered, but this is a 2007 Ford F150, not a truck with hard to find parts. The first excuse was that in order to start working on the truck, they had to move another car which was behind it, and they didn't have the keys to it. BULL. and half truths to angry customers. These people take in much more cars than they can reasonably handle in a timely manner. If you ever have the misfortune of running into these cheats, (by the way, their shop was 2 blocks away and charged my insurance company $280.00!!) Run, don't walk, AWAY!! Google them, there are other negative reports on this "business"."

"Got bids from 3 repair shops. Shop #1 was high to start and didn't really give what I thought was a thorough look-see although they came recommended by my regular mechanic for doing good work. I felt in the end my bill was going to be a lot higher if I went with them. Shop #2 was competitive price-wise but was short on the paint quality offered for ...more what I was going to have to pay. Freeedom Automotive had somewhat higher labor costs but overall was the most price competitive of the 3 bids and delivered on that price. They also gave me a small discount they were offering at this time on Angie's List which I didn't find elsewhere. The job took 2 weeks to complete because one part unexpectedly had to come from out-of-state due to the fact that no Nissan dealer in-state stocked it for my 13 year-old car. If not for that, the job probably would have been completed in about 6 business days instead of 10. The bid was very thorough and included a more complete paint job and the suggestion of a new hood latch for safety purposes (not given by the other 2 shops). They replaced my hood, bumper, grille, right headlamp, right side panel, right side tie bar and completely repainted the entire front including the left bumper so as to blend everything well. I would recommend them to others who are looking for good work at a fair price."

"I had a minor accident in my Honda last month. After getting several bids I decided to use Pinnacle. They looked at and gave me a quote on the bumper around 4pm on Friday 5-14-10. They required payment for the bumper in advance which was fine with me. (Obviously, they didn't want to get stuck buying and owning a Honda bumper. Since I have American ...more Express Credit card protection, I wasn't concerned). They told me to bring the car in the next day, Saturday 5-16, for the repair. I brought the car in at 09:00 am when they opened. The repair was complete and finished when they called to pick it up at 11:00 am. There were some minor scratches from other incidents on my white Honda. I asked how much it would cost for them to touch them up with white auto paint. They said they were happy to do it for free. When I picked up my car it was raining so they said I could come back for the touch-up or they would show me how to paint it and what tool to use to do so and send me home with the paint. I chose to get the lesson and come home with enough free paint to touch up current and future scratches if i get any. I was impressed with their professionalism, giving me a choice of bumper options I could install (which no other dealer did) and how quickly and well they performed the auto body work.

"They are primarily an auto body shop and they do some mechanical repair work as well. They do state inspection also. They won?t tell you to fix something that doesn?t need to be fixed. They do a good job with the body work as well. We have been using them for about 15 years and would continue to use them in future."
