"Everything was absolutely fine except that it took a week for delivery. They say next day delivery and that didn't happen. They claimed it was because one item was not in stock, but I don't know if that was the truth or not. I had hoped to get it the next day, but it was a full week. I set up the installation appointment for between noon and five; they showed up at seven. The salesperson was fine, the product is good, but the installation was not."

"Even though I did not want to keep the item, I was convinced by the delivery man that the company would stand behind the product. I later discovered that the shelves and the drawers can not be changed in any way or the doors will not close. Shelves in the freezer section door will not even stay on the track. The final straw is that any food put next to the wall dividing the freezer and the refrigerator section results in frozen food. I have contacted the salesman, F. He refused to act on his promise. I called the district manager K. on at least three occasions regarding the problems. I am still waiting on his call. I plan to visit the company personally to see if I can get some remedy for my peace of mind. Either I want my money back or I want someone from to visit my home and come up with a solution that satisfies both of us. Most of all I am tired of being ignored."

"When I got the toilet home and installed, a crack became visible. They told me they can not check every box and once the product leaves the store it is out of there hands. They never return calls."

" was the fourth time I'd gone shopping for new appliances. At another company, I couldn't find anyone to answer my questions. At yet another company, a young salesperson was very helpful with information about one product. However, due to a bad experience with a door installation, I didn't buy there. I also went to 3rd company, twice, and probably would have purchased there due to past good experiences, but both times I encountered salesmen who weren't too good at their jobs. At , a salesman greeted me at the door. I told him I wanted to buy more than one appliance. And that I wasn't an extravagant person. In fact, I think I said I was "cheap." The salesman, Hodge, asked relevant questions about my existing wall oven. And even though there was a mix-up, and both products were not delivered on the same day, both delivery teams were efficient and polite, and did their jobs well."

"The work never was done, even though I paid $50 for the estimate (they were already there installing a dishwasher, which went OK even though they charged me $45 for a water line I could buy for less than $20 at a hardware store). Needless to say the installation price was ridiculous. They broke it down for me and the approximate 4-foot vent line was $330, which is more than $80 per foot!! An independent contractor will install it for much less. We had good luck with them installing a wall oven a few years ago, but things apparently have changed. The store seemed to have competitive appliance deals, but I'd suggest finding someone else to do the actual installation."

"The people did come to deliver and install it on the date we made arrangements. While doing it, they couldn't get the water supply shut off. I live in a condominium complex and we don't have a valve per person. I had to get a plumber from the complex come out and do something about it. I just ended up having them install it."

"Promised next delivery. Did not get cancellation of delivery for that day until 7:30 at night. Were promised morning delivery next day. No phone call next day until we called then were told no delivery until that evening. Again we got cancellation call at 8:30 pm but only after we insisted or we would take action that we got delivery of washer and dryer."

"Our cabinets, didn't even fit as the measurements on paper and the actual size of the cabinets were two different things. The whole remodeling project turned out awful and actually stepped forward and paid for the entire project. stood behind the work. I chose this company, because they had the best price around. Unfortunately, the work their sub-contractors did was horrible. The men from were very respectful and professional. They responded immediately to my complaints and came right out, the first time I called."
