They do provide the services that they recommend, but I could use someone else if I wanted. I did notice that their solar panel estimate was about 10% less than an estimate I had ...more done 3 years ago from another company. Note: I listed Air Duct cleaning, but what they recommended was having the air ducts sealed so that I'm not cooling or heating the attic. I didn't see air duct sealing as an option. There are more thorough energy audits that can be done using an infrared sensor and a blower test, but I went for the least expensive audit since my energy use is already rather low."

"I called yesterday afternoon and they had a technician out this morning. The owner told me which technician he was sending, when he would arrive and what he would be driving and wearing. The tech arrived exactly on time. He was polite and very professional and went right to work. It looked like snowfall was coming from the outside of our house when the tech started blowing out all of the lint that was clogging the pipe. He did a very thorough job of cleaning up all of the lint that blew out onto the ground. He also noticed that the dryer was missing the clamp needed to hold the flex pipe onto the back of it and installed one for us. Was it a bit pricey? Maybe. But for good service like this, I don't mind paying a bit more. I'll definitely use this company again if I need the dryer vent or air ducts cleaned."
