"There was a problem with the original painter. The franchise owner immediately acknowledged the problem, corrected the situation and finished the project in a very professional and satisfactory manner."

"The exterior wood had to be redone several times. Interior - only did 1 coat - we had to call them to come back to do an additional coat. You could see the brush strokes - sloppy job. The supervisor was very good about making sure that their level of quality was met. When I told him things had to be re-done on the outside - the manager came out and told us that the crew would need to come back to fix it. Their own quality control caught issues like this. Because of all this, it took longer than it should have."

"My call was returned quickly. The company works on an hourly rate basis, but I was given a rough estimate of the time required to do my list of jobs. The workers were prompt and, with one exception, very careful. The wallpaper removal took a very long time (the fault of the wallpaper, not the workers), so they sent someone who charged a lower hourly rate so it would cost less. One of the workers caused a significant problem by tearing some wallpaper when he removed old caulking, but the company was very apologetic and repaired the situation to my satisfaction at no charge."

"Multiple issues. 1) sales person told us that each room would be done one at a time, however when the crew arrived they covered every room in plastic and attempted to do the entire house in one day, including crack repair. 2) some items simply not done and painter had to be called back (closet interior, didn't finish some molding, forgot a door) 3) crack repairs had to be addressed several times. Finally a different crew came to do the cracks and then they were fixed very well. Picture holes were not caulked in some rooms. Minimal to no sanding on doors and edges. 4) in total, had to call the supervisor back to our house 3 times. This was extremely inconvenient and unnecessary if the job had been done right the first time."
