from my other insurance provider to be an easy process. They were within $10 of the other provider's price, but had a vastly different policy on repair materials used if I were to be in an accident (see ...more above). I was unsure at first about the concept of having an individual "agent" and office - I've grown up in the internet age, and am perfectly happy with self-service over the internet (which they do lack a bit) and talking to whatever anonymous agent answers an 800- number. I made this clear to them from the start.
's office seems to have at least 3 people other than himself who work there, and I've never once encountered an answering machine. Everyone seems quite knowledgeable, friendly, and able to handle changes, questions, or concerns. I will say that I haven't talked to
personally, but I don't really feel a need to - like I said, as long as my needs are met, I'm not really concerned with how we get from here to there.
has also updated things since I joined, and added more to their internet site as well as their iPhone app, which makes me hopeful they will continue that direction in the future. Right now, if I can't find my insurance card, I can at least pull it up on my phone, even if I still can't print temporary ones out online..."
