"The overall experience was excellent. The contractor responded to my web inquiry the very next morning at 8:00am. He answered all my questions and scheduled an appointment for the estimate. The sales person knew what was needed, answered most of my questions and followed up on those he couldn't answer. The estimates were very fair in comparison to others that we received. Once we sent in the estimate, we set up a time for installation. They arrived promptly to install and ran into a few kinks during installation (the house is very old!). Although they needed to come back the following day, they addressed and fixed any concerns we had. The basement looked better after they finished than it did before they arrived. My only concern was about scheduling a date for installation. I contacted the sales person who needed to schedule with the main office, but there seemed to be a lot of calling back and forth. It seems to make sense to have the customer just mail the estimate with a check and then the main office can call to schedule. Just a thought! I'd have them back for any additional needs!"
