They did a very thorough inspection. I truly recommend them (even though the receptionist was not so friendly)."

"Arriving on time, the inspector proved both amiable and very knowledgeable in the various facets of home construction and equipment. He appeared to be very thorough as he proceeded along, taking time to examine even relatively mundane items that could prove troublesome. As we accompanied him around, he patiently and articulately explained what he was doing and why, and what the implications could be if anything was not sound. Importantly, he detected structural deficiencies in the two large decks that were of such severity as to call for razing/rebuilding. And he supported our suspicions that the basement was infested with mold, conducting a test that eventually proved positive. Consequently, the homeowners had to spend thousands of dollars to remediate the problem. Finishing up, the inspector gave us a useful Home Maintenance Manual in a looseleaf folder, and warmly invited us to call him, through the company, if he could be of help in any way."
