"Sales lady came out a little late for our appointment but no more than 30 minutes and she called to let me know she was running late. This was our third quote for the job and I was extremely happy to hear the price but was a little concerned that the quality of work would be sacrificed. Her son is the window installer and he showed up at the scheduled time. He's not as personable as she is but I guess that's to be expected in their respective lines of work. After completion of the job (half day), I was pleased to find the quality of work was excellent. Payment was not made until work was completed and inspected. All others wanted half money up front and the other half when they showed up for the job.
