took the time to answer all my questions/concerns and suggested things that I never thought about. They offer grooming and boarding. The kitty-condos have outdoor viewing and a television. Highly recommend these folks for pet care/services."

"One kittten I had found and my 5 year old cat. Both were charged for wellness exam and shots but the Vet,
Greensboro Veterinarians Provider Name Locked
, refused to give my older cat the ear mite medication because my cat tried to scratch him. I had advised him that he was bad at the Vet for some reason and that I would hold him if that would help. He said no, he had a tech put elbow length suede gloves on to hold him down. The cat got scared and hissed then tried to use his back claws (he has no front claws) to scratch him and get away. Dr
Greensboro Veterinarians Provider Name Locked
said he wouldn't give him the drops in his ears. I asked him if I could do it...that it would be my problem if I put them in wrong. He replied no. I asked if he would let me hold him so he could try, he replied no. I asked if he would give us a prescription for the meds needed to clear up the mites, he replied nope. You can go find something over the counter. It's been three weeks that I have been trying to get the mites under control with over the counter drops. I thought Vet's were supposed to treat medical problems with animals. This vet clearly cared nothing about the animal or any other options to treat him. Before leaving I asked him again if he would reconsider as it was clear the cat had mites and needed treatment. He just replied, "nope". If you care for your animals, don't take them here. Let them go to a place that truly cares about the welfare of your pets. One of my friends was with me throughout the appointment and was so surprised that I didn't have more feedback for the Vet. I told her I had never encountered someone so arrogant that truly could care less about the needs of an animal. I'm not saying he needed to get scratched, but doing nothing is unacceptable.

wasn't feeling well and he hates riding in a car. Consequently, he was agitated when we arrived at the office. Everyone at the
Greensboro Veterinarians Provider Name Locked
went out of their way to make him feel more relaxed and to make our visit smooth and efficient. The vet suggested a course of treatment and also discussed possible alternatives in case the initial treatment wasn't effective. Luckily, the treatment went well and, after a few days of medicine and changes in diet,
Greensboro Veterinarians Provider Name Locked
was back to normal. In addition, in a few days, I received emails detailing
Greensboro Veterinarians Provider Name Locked
's treatment and providing me with an online method for keeping track of his overall health. I was very pleased with the care we received and I will definitely take
Greensboro Veterinarians Provider Name Locked
back for any of his health care needs. The vet even recommended a few frequent, non-medical, visits to help alleviate

's fears.

"My 18 year old dog got very sick after normal hours. I was told he needed to stay for observation and therapeutic care. They were very comforting and reassuring that he would be well cared for. They made me feel more than welcome to call at any time if I had questions or just to check in on him and I could visit. When I picked him up 2 days later (only to bring home for a few hours for our good

) I found out that the techs would cuddle with him in a rocking chair throughout his stay. The way they were with him when I was in the room and how they were with me, made me feel very confident that he was well taken care of during his stay. I also never felt like I was being misled. I knew going in that the outlook was not great due to his age. They gently told me the facts and never gave me any false hopes. And that meant a lot. Even though he did not survive, I know they did what they could for him. After all, he was 18 years old. I am so thankful that all the staff were all so caring and understanding.

"Within minutes of be stung, our eight year old dog had swelling of the face,
Greensboro Veterinarians Provider Name Locked
, and difficulty breathing. Our regular vet had given us information on the
Greensboro Veterinarians Provider Name Locked
Emergency Clinic when we moved here in June. What a life saver!!! I called the clinic first and they told me to come right over. The clinic was very clean, the staff calm, professional, and efficient. They operate this clinic like a hospital ER. If a more serious problem comes in, they will attend to that animal first. Our own vet clinic called to check on her after receiving the report Monday morning."

"Although both our dogs have allergies, our female has fairly bad allergies and is very sensitive to some medications and foods. She often breaks out in hotspots and has ear infections. The staff at
Greensboro Veterinarians Provider Name Locked
always responds in a very professional, efficient, and caring manner. They always seem genuinely happy to see our dogs and everyone obviously loves working there. We get a follow-up call the next day or so to check on their progress. The hospital is not only spotless, but colorful and the layout was well planned. There are separate waiting areas for cats and dogs. Colorful murals adorn the walls."

"I chose this vet based on proximity to my home and I was banking on it being a good place since it's in Friendly Center and most stores/shops/services there seem legit. I arrived 5 minutes early for the appointment, filled out a form, and was shown to an examination room. We waited in the room for about 10-12 minutes before a vet tech came in to take my dog and weigh her which took less than a minute. The actual vet arrived about 15 minutes after the vet tech which seemed like forever. The wait was frustrating because my dog could hear the squealing and yelping of several puppies who I assume were having their tails docked or something along those lines as the noise made my dog extremely anxious and nervous. She was shaking like a leaf when the vet came in. The wait did give me plenty of time to observe the exam room and it appeared to be dated compared to other vets I have been to. The most disturbing thing in the exam room was the presence of a metal exam table. I felt the exam table and it was freezing due to the AC. I imagine that the feeling of cold metal to a dog is similar to that of humans. If you have ever had to go through any sort of medical procedure while lying on a metal table than you know it's not inviting, welcoming, comforting, etc. The vet examined my dog briefly and took her out of the room to get her vaccines. This process took less than 10 minutes and during that time I noticed that there were magazines on the back of the door. This tipped me off that waiting long periods of time is a common thing there- so much that they even plan for it by providing reading material. After my dog was returned to the room, I was directed back up to the front. The vet tech at the pay counter seemed a bit distracted by other things going on in the office and it took me about 5 minutes to actually pay and leave. It was an average experience as some wait time is expected and both the vet tech and the vet were personable. I will probably try a few other vets our prior to selecting a permanent provider for my dogs."

"This is a first rate service!! Everyone there is absolutely wonderful!! They are both extremely competent, up to date with all the latest health services for cats, and also very kind and compassionate. I took my cat in today for her annual physical and the vet was very efficient, comprehensive in her exam, and very friendly toward my cat. (They can deal with cats with terrible attitudes, too, like my last cat). My cat has boarded with them, too, and been relaxed and happy when he came home. I cannot recommend the whole staff too highly!!"

"We bring our cat and dog to this vet for all their medical checkups, shots, and grooming. The staff is friendly and genuinely happy to see the animals as they come in. Dr.
Greensboro Veterinarians Provider Name Locked
is very knowledgeable and always willing to spend the extra time to answer all our questions. Our cat is not a compliant patient, but they take good care of her and know what she will and will not tolerate. Our dog, on the other hand, will hop up on the receptionist's chair if she's not in it, and they roll with that as well. It's a very caring office."

"Dr.
Greensboro Veterinarians Provider Name Locked
and this office have been wonderful to us. They are caring and friendly, and have always gone the extra mile with compassion. Dr
Greensboro Veterinarians Provider Name Locked
once met us on Thanksgiving morning to be with us as we had to put down a beloved cat with cancer. She has always taken the time to explain things to our kids as when they came along, even when they were quite young. Highly recommended."
