There was no initial consultation to inquire as to what I wanted in terms of length, fullness, etc. When I scheduled the appointment I was given good information on how to prepare for the visit but when I arrived I felt the owner didn't initially help me to feel comfortable and welcome.

They're fabulous. I love these people. I had a coupon and it said "Only for first time customers." So I called her and said, "What do you mean, only first time customers?" But she said she gives specials to our regular customers, too.

The staff throughout the entire process were all very courteous. The therapist was very helpful in talking about my needs and what she would do. She always assessed my comfort level throughout the session and I can certainly say the therapist did her job exactly. She worked on all my troublesome spots and I walked out feeling tons better than when I walked in. The services were definitely very well done!
The downside came when it came time to pay. When I went to the website I was under the impression that as a first time customer I would be offered and would pay the $79.99 fee for a 90-minute massage. After the massage was over, I was told that there is a membership that is offered that is $59.99 per month and that gives you a 60-minute massage each month. However, as she continued to explain I realized that it was $59.99 per month PLUS the actual cost of any massage over the standard 60 minutes. There was also a $40 enrollment fee that would be waived if I signed up that very instant. When I asked whether the membership was a contract -- the girl said, "Yes!" In other words, I'd be locked in for $59.99 per month for 12 months. That's what turned me off and I decided I'd pay the fee for the 90-minute massage for that day. However, the $79.99 for the 90-minute massage was the introductory price if you became a member and therefore the $40 enrollment fee was waived off of the $119.99 non member rate! This means that when I didn't agree to enroll as a member the $40 was charged and I paid the "normal" non-member rate of $119.99 -- plus the tip. After I paid up, the girl did tell me that they offer 3-month or 6-month pre-paid plans too, but there's a $40 enrollment on those. The other FYI was that my membership could be frozen for up to 6 months or that if I didn't take advantage of the 1-hour massage that came w/ my monthly membership fee that I wouldn't

it.
It was really bothersome to find out that after getting great service I was being sold a spa membership. That the fee for a 90-minute massage was at least 25% over what could otherwise be paid from other local massage locations or from private massage therapists. There was never pressure to buy, but it was certainly a turnoff that the whole "truth in advertising" came out to be with "somewhat truth in advertising."
I probably won't be returning.

My daughter's skin is behaving badly recently and she has pretty significant and constant acne breakouts on her face. Up until about six months ago, her skin was generally clear, so she is not at all happy by this recent turn of events. She also sees a dermatologist/MD who treats her acne and said she could do facials designed to

Greensboro Day Spas Provider Name Locked
for two separate monthly acne treatment facials to which I accompanied her. My daughter said that the acne facial was not really painful although it does leave her skin very red and inflamed looking immediately after the treatment; however, that generally subsides and calms down in about an hour or so. Overall, after having a facial with
Greensboro Day Spas Provider Name Locked
my daughter's skin has definitely improved and she has noticeably fewer/smaller blemishes. My daughter's skin just has not totally cleared up yet and we are both hopeful that with a few more facial treatments it does become and stay more clear.
Greensboro Day Spas Provider Name Locked
is super gentle, nice and attentive. Her office is clean and appointments are easy to make and change if needed. My daughter definitely likes her facials, notices some improvement thus far and will continue to see her.

I had scheduled my appointment online using the
Greensboro Day Spas Provider Name Locked
website. It was actually very easy. You create an account and can schedule based on therapist or times they are available. If you are not comfortable with the online booking, you can call to book an appointment as well. For me the web service works great as it allows me to select the time that works best for me on my schedule. (Like at 11 pm at night).
I arrived early for my appointment at the new location for

and immediately felt less stress. The atmosphere is very tranquil with a light blue

, the massage therapist, was waiting for me to arrive and greeted me with a smile and a handshake, asking how I had been. We made some minor small talk before he asked if I was ready to begin. Leading me back to one of the rooms it was impressive how quiet it was. The location is in a fairly busy shopping mall, however once you stepped behind the privacy door you felt a little more detached from the world.
After showing me to the room,
Greensboro Day Spas Provider Name Locked
asked me about how I was feeling and if there were any specific needs I had for that session. I.e. arms, calves etc that needed extra attention. After explaining what I was hoping to achieve with the massage I was left alone for a few moments to change and get comfortable on the table.
Greensboro Day Spas Provider Name Locked
was amicable and has a good bedside manner as he works the kinks or knots out of your muscle groups. His mannerisms and
Greensboro Day Spas Provider Name Locked
are very professional and he is careful to cover the list of requests made prior to the session start. If you wish to chat while he is working, he will keep a conversation, or if you wish quiet he will oblige or if you are like me and have a little of both.
The atmosphere of the massage room is good for relaxation. In fact I joked that they should simply sell time for a nap in the quiet. Calming musical tones sound during the massage, letting one's mind drift if you so desire.
After the massage I was given as much time as I needed to want to move again before changing once more and meeting

in the lobby area.
Greensboro Day Spas Provider Name Locked
greeted me with a glass of water and asked how I felt after the service. He then offered to schedule my next appointment and gave me options based on the availability of himself or one of the other therapists. (Right now there are 3)
I will admit I felt really good. After spending a great deal of time in airports and on airplanes, muscles tend to stiffen no matter how often you stretch. There were some kinks that didn't seem to want to release and
Greensboro Day Spas Provider Name Locked
was able to get them loose.
Greensboro Day Spas Provider Name Locked
does have a membership program and if you are not a member, you will be given the sell for it. If you are not interested, a polite no settles the matter.
There were other services like aromatherapy offered, however I did not partake of them.
I scheduled a follow up appointment that day and will most likely be returning regularly to

Long wait both times then really rushed through deluxe service so tech can go home; rough treatment (i.e. bending and pulling of arms and fingers into uncomfortable positions) of myself, my party member and another guest; RUDE comments to my 15 y.o. daughter "Your eyebrow need waxing!," not asking, "YOU mess up your nail again!! Be careful!!," when the TECH messed it up. The older female techs that's work here are much much better, but they rely on the two young rude techs to translate. I showed up and met with the therapist. I received the best massage I have ever had. I received a full hour of massage not the usual 45 minutes and the pitch to buy memberships.
