"Work completed in just 2 days. Manpower largely hispanic, some communication problems with contractor, but quickly corrected. Screws on rubber roof underlay were too long., but does not seem to be a major issue at this time. Did ask contractor to look at situation, and didn't hear back. However, since job seemed secure I had no intention of asking ...more for a re do on roof. Would just have liked to hear back.. Overall a good companyy to work with. Would use it again"

"Called for a quote to replace roof. Was not able to come first day but called and re-scheduled, then faxed me the quote the next day. The other roofer was a local recommendation that did not have a business license and the other took over a week to get me a quote. As they explained, my roof had a number of gables that would take more time than a

roof would. After signing the contract they called me a day later to tell me they would be there the next morning. They started at 7 and finished at 5 with clean-up complete. The clean-up was excellent and the crew very nice. I would use this company again"

I called him since his company did the original roof about 8 years ago, and I thought he would know which shingles to use for the repair. I've been promised that he would call back to set up a time to inspect/ repair, and it doesn't happen. This week, ...more he promised to come on one of two days, so I made sure I was home. He didn't show. Finally, he said he would come this morning, so I missed a scheduled class to be here. It is after noon, and he has still not come. If he doesn't want, or doesn't need to do the job, I could accept that answer. I even suggested that in one message I left on his answering machine that he didn't want to do the work, he could tell me that and I'll look for another company."

"Did not call in advance to set up a time. Called my workplace to say I'm about 5 minutes away from your house. Asked if he could wait for either of us so that we could show him the problem. Although inconvenient for me, I left work when he called, and he had been to the house and left by the time I arrived. Not even sure he went up on the roof, ...more but said "he think the leak is coming from a window". However he did leave us a bill for $75.00. A charge of $75.00 to tell me what you think the problem is or what the problem really is!!!???"
