"On 5 (a Sunday morning), the first toilet overflowed from underneath, flooding the bathroom. Then the second toilet filled up and wouldn't flush, causing the shower drain to back up. Once the sewer line was clogged, the first toilet (an old model) overflowed from the bottom due to a worn-out seal. I had been planning to replace that toilet because it used an inordinate amount of water to flush and the seat was too low for comfort. The repairman told me he could order a new toilet and, if I had the work done within 30 days of the emergency repair, I wouldn't have to pay for a second service charge for installation. I took him up on the offer and the new toilet was ready for installation within 4 days. There were some mixups and several instances of breakage before they finally were able to install the correct model, but I am very happy with my new low-volume, comfort height toilet."
