" was very professional, thorough, and generous with his time. He was knowledgeable about the condition in question, gave me a lot of information" and suggested therapies, and even emailed me some more information to review at home. He worked on exercises with me and made sure I could remember and complete them on my own. His studio is beautiful and very welcoming. Even though this session was free, I would gladly return the next time I needed physical therapy.

-Jennie K.

"Excellent practice. They have very professional therapist that really guide you through the process so you get the results needed. They carefully plan out the recovery" process and are very meticulous in making sure they don't rush the process. They communicated well with the surgeon. They are concerned with your well being.

Physical Therapy reviews in Greensboro

Prompt call backs to make appointments being able to fit into this therapist schedule and receiving an expert evaluation of symptoms in a private room and knowing I will feel better makes me a returning client. I've been going to a particular therapist for over 10 years for random injuries, mainly back related and recently with nerve damage. ...More The therapy for back is amazing and expertly treated. I always know I'll feel better before I leave the therapist. I've gone there for neck pain and shoulder pain and always recoup quickly. This business has excellent locations, professionalism, front desk reception, insurance claims made easy, cleanliness, and most of all results!
- Robert H.

The staff is very good and I'm seeing noticeable and regular improvement with my shoulder after each visit. My only complaint is with the billing/admin. It was extremely difficult to get a receipt that stated the service provided (physical therapy). After multiple attempts and finally getting quite upset, I got the paperwork that listed PT visit ...More with the cost. I'm still having difficulty after 5 visits, but it's getting better. I'm not sure I would use them again -- I really like the PT staff, but the admin / billing is very frustrating.
- Doug D.

The staff is always friendly, Dr. Veuller and Dr. Lomtardozz, answer questions and explained what is out of place. the exercise therapist does a great job as well as the massage therapists.
- Ruth Ann T.

During my first visit in January for a lower back pain, I underwent a month long session with Dr at PT and since that time, the back pain has not recurred.
This time, after a strained knee muscle on the cricket ground, I visited PT directly wherein after evaluation in the ...More first session was advised to attend 2-3 sessions per week of physical therapy.
During the sessions, the friendly staff and therapists ensured the Knee was exercised thoroughly.
Informative suggestions to improve posture, workout exercises and maintaining balance helped me recover as quickly as possible.
Three weeks of sessions later the Knee feels great and looking forward to another season of cricket.

this is the most poorly run office I have been to in years. I have had three appointments. the first one they were 35 minutes late--no explanation--no apology. the second they were 20 minutes late. today I waited 15 minutes past my appointment time, the therapist walks in late, right past me without a word and goes to his office and sits down and ...More starts to work on personal stuff. when I got up and changed back into my outfit to return to work, he comes out and says he can take me now. when I pointed out that we were already 20 minutes into my 60 minutes and I had to return to work on time, his comment was "we can still get 40 minutes in". there is ZERO respect for the patient in this office. and I was the ONLY patient there!

I worked specifically with O' , PT, DPT who I had worked with for my hip before. My hips were a bit misaligned, probably from the delivery. worked with me based on our previous work to get my hip and core muscles back into shape. Her plan was tailored to my needs and past ...More experience. It was a relief to speak with someone who knew my problem and would work with my schedule and abilities. Now I'm happy to say I'm back to running, biking, yoga and lifting weights and I'm stronger than I was before. Thanks again for helping me get my life back!
- Lisa C.

Outstanding! Successful treatment plus exercises to continue at home. Good listeners, good equipment, not in a hurry, very talented. No waiting, as they are always ready on time.
- Gary D. T.

I've been using for about 5 years. I have reviewed them before, but it's about time for an update. There have been staff changes over the years, some streamlining of the billing, and some changes to the building - all of which deserve to be addressed.
Staff: Because of some very good Physical Therapy Education ...More programs in this area, employers can usually get outstanding therapists - much better than one would expect from such a small as the -Mechanicsburg area. Consequently, all the PT's in this practice are very good. They are skilled diagnosticians as well as therapists, and I am inclined to favor their opinions over those of my doctors when it comes to diagnosing my movement issues. They have also added massage therapy.
Billing: There was a time when I could not understand a single word or number on my bill. It might as well have been written in . And even though the office manager struggled long and hard to make these bills comprehensible to me, in the end I just took her word for it. They got some new software a couple of years ago and now everything is much easier. That change is one of those behind-the-scenes "invisible" improvements that no one ever really notices; we're all just grateful to have bills we can read and understand. The office staff is wonderful, and if problems crop up, they will spend as much time as necessary with you to resolve them.
The building: They have expanded to occupy the entire building, adding a medically oriented gym which can be used as a continuation of the PT program, or independently as an alternative to gyms like Gold's or Planet Fitness. The gym merits a separate review and I will be writing one shortly.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the service I get from .
