"This company is extremely reliable and professional, and does excellent work that is reasonably priced. 
has at times come up with very creative and cost-effective solutions to problems in our home to help ease the financial strain of repairing an older and poorly maintained house. One example of this dealt with cracks in some tiles in our kitchen floor. Apparently the floor was not laid properly and there was an uneven area below a certain section of tiles. Because the floor was laid many years ago we were unable to find a close match to the pattern and color of the tiles. Instead of having to replace the entire floor, removed the tiles from the effected area and laid a very beautiful design using wood flooring (that matched our kitchen cabinets and wood floors in adjoining rooms). He used a different type of grout to give more flexibility to that area because the floor was uneven, and it has worked out wonderfully and we have had no further cracking in the kitchen floor. People often comment on how beautiful the wood design is in our tile floor, and can't believe that was done to repair a problem with the floor!!! This is just one example of many that illustrates the exceptional work done by this company, and the personalized service you receive. I trust with any type of work that needs to be done- and have never had any problems or complaints. I give this company my HIGHEST recommendation for quality work and exceptional customer service!!!"

"I wanted to upgrade the countertops. He wasn't willing to do that. I finally decided that I would have someone else do the countertops so he just left some items on the punchlist undone. He had included in the price a light fixture that he did not put in. I had wallpaper in the kitchen originally and he included in the price that he would take that down and repaint it. The job he did on that was very unsatisfactory. He then said he would install a tile backsplash. He never did that because he didn't do the countertops."

"It was excellent. It took longer than he said it would and longer than we had expected. Dealing with him was excellent because he took care of some issues we had with a plumber. He handled it all and did well. The work he did personally was great."

"They took down the wallpaper and primed the bathrooms, they redid the ceiling to popcorn ceiling, their card claims they do 100% guaranteed work. I was very unhappy, upset and not satisfied with the ceiling. They charged me to redo the popcorn ceiling being that it was not done to my perfection. They purchased material for the entrance way, which there was extra material that they returned and did not give me my money back. I was charged $8,000.00 for $5,000.00 worth of work which I did not get any money reimbursed to me."

I was lucky enough to find Long at . He helped me through every step of the process. He came up with some very good ideas that I actually used in my final construction plans. His contract pricing was accurate and he finished the job in the time line he initially gave me. He is a dedicated worker and works with good quality, reliable subcontractors. He goes above and beyond the standard to do the best work he can and get the job done as fast as he can. I would recommend him to anyone."
