This is our 3rd time hiring
. We have always been pleased with their work. The owner,
, is great to work with. He is friendly and knows his stuff. We just purchased a 2200 square foot townhouse which needed some updating. We had
remove the textured ceiling in all the rooms and paint everything - walls, trim, ceiling and kitchen cabinets. We also had them create a walk-through from the livingroom to the sunroom to improve the flow and they installed an opening with a door to access a storage area under the stairs. They installed light fixtures and changed out most of the switches and outlets. Everything was done in a timely manner and any extra details that we requested were addressed promptly. We also felt that their pricing is very reasonable. I would highly recommend them for any home improvement jobs.

We had a great couple of visits with
and
. They took a great amount of time to walk through the house to talk with us about our plans. We also spent a lot of time working with
via email as she sent us several iterations of our plans, both in 2D and in
.

I conacted Mr.
Greensboro Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
to come with me to a visit to the property in order to give me an estimate for the rehab. He was extremely nice, He informed me he was a General Contractor by trade and during the conversation I could tell that he was very professional. We discussed the modification of the staircase in this townhouse. I wanted to change the direction on how the staircase went up to the 2nd floor. He informed my that he had been the project manager for Tuscany ( townhouse community) I was interested in purchasing. He advised me that he was very familiar with the construction and possible modifications that could be performed.
Unfortunately after several attempts back and forth Mr.

and I could not get back into visit the property. At that time the owner had decided to be difficult and not allow showings. The owner eventually took the townhouse off the

. However, Mr.

was extremely helpful and patient with me as I tried to schedule (3 times showings). I scheduled and cancelled, rescheduled and cancelled 3 times. He never got impatient or told me I was wasting his time.
I would definitely hire him to perform any renovations. He seemed very accommodating, very responsive and appeared to know a lot about construction.

For a project as extensive as this one was, it went very well. Ed and
Greensboro Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
very carefully explained every step that we should expect, and the most likely, unexpected issues, that typically would be expected in a home of this age. They even explained the difference in quality of the minor details (faucets, etc.). They would explain the what and why of change orders, and the prices were very fair. I would use

again in a heartbeat.

This company is a complete rip off. They do NOT do what they say; they do NOT do good work; they contract out jobs to unqualified crews; they use poor materials; they NEVER show up when they say they will. DO NOT uses

corporation. We ended up finishing the job ourselves and are living with some of their costly mistakes!

A week before the cabinets were scheduled to ship from the factory they began demolition. The old wood flooring was especially difficult to remove because it had been glued to the sub floor. But demo was finished in 3 days. The electricians came in during demo and installed the wiring and recessed lights. Part of the demo process involved removing the existing quartz countertops (Zodiac) and setting them aside for reinstallation on the new cabinets. After the electricians finished the drywall contractor came in and repaired the sheetrock Once all demo was complete, the flooring contractor came in and prepped the subfloor for ceramic tile and installed the tile floor. This was all done in the span of one week.
The second week involved

coming back and installing the new cabinets. Once the cabinets were set in place the countertop contractor came back and reinstalled the old countertops. We could not be happier with the overall job.
I have one complaint which which was taken care of quickly and to our satisfaction. It involved the flooring contractor applying a sealer to the entire ceramic tile floor. We expected he would just seal the grout lines. The sealer he used imparted a semi gloss

to the floor that we did not like at all. Once he was informed he came back and stripped the sealer from the floor and reapplied grout sealer to the grout lines.
The overall project took 3 weeks from start of demo to having a fully functional kitchen.
During the bidding process we asked for estimates of time involved and Triad estimated 2-3 weeks. They would have finished in 2 weeks had the flooring contractor not had to come back and strip the sealer off the tile. The other contractor we interviewed estimated the project to take 4-6 weeks and his price was approx $10K higher than Triad's for the same statement of work using comparable quality cabinets.
We are very happy with the work done and would recommend Triad Cabinets to our friends.

Everyone arrived on time and ready to work. We all reviewed what was to be done. Certain requests as to care to be taken in the ceramic tiled bath with tools, and general cleanliness and clean-up.
Everyone got right to work. We checked in on how it was going and all looked fine. I did have to remind about tools on the bath floor directly. No problems after a reminder.
Each worker was very courteous, and pretty good on clean up.
Slight schedule problem with carpenter which we resolved with him being able to come back the next day along with the painters
.We did have two call backs for carpenter on minor items. They handled them both in a timely and professional manner. We are
very pleased with the final product results. Also I received several tips on the

way to deal with vents in a baseboard area.
We will use them again and already have another project planned. Hassle fre Home Improvement is a top notch company in our
opinion and experience! Thank you all!

At first, it went very well. The crew arrived on time every day, called if they would be late, and were exceptionally tidy! They ran into various problems (due to the age of the structure) and seemed to handle them very well. The core crew was very pleasant to work with, very respectful, and I had no problem leaving them alone in the house.
From the beginning, I felt that the plumbing part of the project was solid. I have not had any issues (so far) with anything related to the plumbing work. However, I wish I had supervised the "remodeling" and "finishing" parts of the project much better. (Lesson learned on my part.) There are various things that constantly bother me now that things are finished and I have been living with it for a couple of years. For example, the tile work is substandard-- many pieces are crooked or not level/flush. Within 6 months, areas of the grout in the shower area were cracking and had to be re-grouted, a hole that had to be cut through an adjacent plaster wall in order to access part of the plumbing was apparently patched using drywall joint compound, put on so thick that it only cracked and fell out after it dried, a towel bar appears to have been hung on the new drywall being attached to the studs or without the use of anchors.
Finally, I think I was overcharged on labor. I honestly think it was a
Greensboro Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
calculation error that was not intentional, and I blame myself for not taking more time to review the final charge breakdown, but I am hoping my mistake is a signal to others.
The bottom line is this: I would recommend them (and have) for basic plumbing needs-- especially to anyone with newer homes. I would not recommend them to people looking for specialized remodeling work. TO BE FAIR, though, it has been almost three years since I've had the work done, and with time comes experience. Just be cautious.

I would suggest more care be taken on behalf of the home owner and work crew that care be taken to cover furniture, etc. Close off areas to alleviate as much dust and debre .
