The service has turned out to be really pretty good. The HDTV picture is a little sharper than the one that had been provided by Time
Cable. On the other hand, the non-HD pictures are of a quality a little less than the TWC picture.
I subscribed to an internet rate one level higher than I had before. Of course, that zips along pretty nicely.
The phone works like one would expect from the phone company. However, since it's bundled with the internet service, during power outages it's a little more problematic. AT&T provided an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) that will maintain service on the phone and internet for a few hours during power outages. Also with this service, compared with TWC, I received a digital video recorder included in the base price. I had not had a DVR before, so I look on it as a nice perk.

Very frustrating. I had my phone installed first and for the first week the service was very problematic, but it straightened out after that. I made a second appointment to get the package deal to add cable and wireless internet. The workman who came out had the wrong work order and wasn't prepared to do any of the work I needed. We both called the company several times trying to correct the order. The workman wasn't very familiar with what he was doing. Somehow, in the process of fixing my work order, the company accidentally disconnected my phone service. Finally another workman arrived with everything I needed. He installed it all expertly, even reinstalling the phone line which had been done incorrectly the first time (the line was stretched out on the ground to be buried, instead of running directly from the power source to the house's roof). It took an entire afternoon to get all the work done, but it was finally done the same day (because I insisted on it).

Horrid, horrid customer service. On hold for over an hour twice. Did not give me the rate I was initially quoted. I am canceling my service with them.
