I bought the AC checkup. I was having no problems with the AC. He was punctual & professional and gave plenty of advice and communication. He went into the unpleasant crawlspace without complaint. I couldn't follow him as he did all the 22 point check, but I have to presume that he did everything promised. He advised on how to plan for replacement or repairs in the future. I was satisfied with the service I got.

was efficient and very helpful in quickly finding the solution and servicing two other units at our home office. The technician who was also the owner was very courteous and knowledgeable. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend this company.

), and that the compressor needed to be replaced, so I called the home warranty and they told me that the contractor has until Monday to contact us. When the contractor came out, he was here for 5 minutes, and told us that we did indeed need a new compressor. If they had cared a bit about us, and had come out on the 3rd, everything would have been taken care of in a few days; however, since they didn't, the compressor did not arrive until Thursday evening, so it was too late for us to get on the schedule for Friday (though we had been without AC for 8 days, in the middle of they hottest weather of the summer so far, still we had to wait). When they finally came on Monday to put in the compressor, there was a valve that was leaking. Another part that had to be ordered, and it would not arrive until late on Tuesday. I told him we were going on vacation on the 16th, but he could not make the time to get to our machine until after an installation that morning. Our AC was out from 7/3/14 through 7/16/14.
Horrible experience. I would recommend not doing business with them.

This is the second time i have used this company and will never request their services again.The technician was more interested in selling me a new unit.He left without turning my AC unit back on and i had to call the company for him to come back.He came back,turned on the unit and left saying nothing.

We were scheduled for Monday between 9-11am, tech showed up around 10:00am and quickly inspected the units. He shut the one unit down because it was frozen and said he would return the next day to inspect it further. I am not sure what I was paying for at this point, but if I would of known their inspection involved looking at the unit, coming in the house and seeing that it wasn't working, I probably would of said we don't need your services.
On Tuesday the technician was a no Show. I called the offices later in the afternoon and was told that "He...something something something.... Oh he will be there in the morning"
On Wednesday morning I left the house at 10:30pm since I could not wait there all day. The technician showed up in the afternoon took a look at the unit that was not working and gave us a quote for $5800 to replace the unit. He then charged a $69.95 site inspection fee. What was that for? Called the office that night asking what in the world is going on and why did you charge me for something that was already prepaid.

said, "We are so sorry, I will make sure that the check doesn't go through or get deposited". So after that experience you would think that I was disappointed enough.
The following Wednesday, the $69.95 is deposited and hits my bank.
So you want to know how you did?
I will not do business with you ever again, nor would I want to do business with any of my family or friends. There exist no value or moral to what appears to be a QUICK BUCK. Have fun with my $170 dollars.
As far as your quote - its high.
As far as showing up on time - your consistently late.
The technicians must not be told how the payment is to be made or what they are showing up for, that makes you unorganized.
As far as telling customer what you think they want to hear - your spot on! I wanted to hear that I was going to get good service.
I feel as if I did not receive a good customer service.
I feel as if I did not receive a good technical service.
I feel as if I did not receive a good value for the money you received.
I was overcharged. I was made false promises that were not kept.
The owner is out of town so they can't issue a refund. They did let me speak to the technician.....
The technician said...."he felt as though he did a good a thorough job."
Your business is going to fail.
If your a customer that wants trustworthy service. This is NOT the place to call.

He discovered that it was simply a tripped breaker' however, he took the time to explain to me how that is a symptom of a bigger problem and that the repair work done by another company 8 months ago was not quite up to par. is a very good company. They are very professional, communicated very well and showed up on time. The technician was skilled and enjoyed explaining things regarding A/C functioning and their services. He also cleaned the external unit better than his well-known competitor did last year.
My only complaing is regarding cost, especially on the Freon side as there isn't much difference on cost per Lb after first pound. Last year I paid overall 50% less for the same service and to get the same outcome (my A/C worked as it is doing now). That time I got a sale price on the Tune-up (50% off) and the Freon was about 40% less after the 1st pound.
I was aware of their price as they did very well on the communication, nonetheless, I decided I would give it a shot and change provider this time as I had issues with appointments cancelled last minute with the previous contractor as well as to see if I would eventually get something else out of this service, but I didn't figure it out other than the better unit clean-up.
Bottom line, Yes I would definitely use them again, but will make sure I shop around for prices before taking a decision.

After inspection he said a capacitor had failed and that it should fix the air, at least short term. The air conditioner is the original equipment from when the home was built in the mid-60's.
