"It went very well; I called this morning and spoke with 
, describing the problem in detail. He advised that he'd be able to send a technician between two and four o'clock, and just as advertised, I received his call at 3:04 indicating that the technician was on his way. Ten or so minutes later his technician ( ) arrived, diagnosed and repaired the problem. To boot, he allowed me to observe the repair to learn which adjustments and periodic maintenance I could make to keep the door operating long after the repair. I was pleased with the responsiveness, the level of communication, and professionalism these folks displayed. The invoice will remain taped to the door in an envelope should I ever need their services again."

"It went really well - I got the quote one day, and the garage door was installed the next day. The sales tech explained the different types of units very well over the phone so that I knew what I would be getting for the money. The installation technician was quick and polite, and he even went the extra mile to program my car's garage door opener to work with my new unit. It would have been nice if they would have taken back the extra remote that I had paid for since I didn't need it after my car was programmed. They didn't charge me extra for having to travel to High Point to do the work, and their prices were less than another company in the area for a similar product. I would recommend them - just don't order an extra remote until you find out if your car has a button already. The only other thing that would have been helpful is if they could have given me a "time window" for when they would be arriving. Instead, they just called and said they were coming."
