He was very professional over the telephone and we agreed he would come over in a few days to look at it. He came over exactly when he said he would, gave me an estimate, and came back the next day to do the work. He was on time, unbelievably neat, and did GREAT work. Upon completion, he vacuumed up the loose dust and plaster, and then mopped up the floor where the dust from the sanding had tracked. He even fixed the door handle on my screen door that was loose.
