"Two men came out and chemically stripped deck, and pressure washed. Pressure washing was uneven, lots of lines and marring of wood. They poured out the chemical stripper on our lawn, killing a 3' x 4' patch of the grass. They then laid down a toner, instead of the semitransparent stain that we had chosen. It was a mess. We called the job manager, who was very helpful. He came out, apologized, and scheduled the deck to be done a second time. The deck was restripped and rewashed, this time done well. They applied the stain we had requested the first time. The deck looks nice. It took about two weeks to get it all sorted out. Once they were done with the deck, we asked them to come back and clean the siding along the house where they had oversplashed stain. They never came back. The quality of the work, in the end was average. The management was excellent. I think they tried to give us a good result, but were limited by the lack of quality of the workers they employ."

"The work was properly done and we are happy with the outcome. There was a small problem when the stain splattered on the pavers and they came right out to get it up. They were on time and were very friendly. We will be using them again real soon. The deck looks good and they responded quickly to our calls."
