"I have known the fellow over there at this store for about ten to twelve years now. I feel like I have been using his services forever. He is great. If I have a problem, he can always diagnose it. He is easy to communicate with and I love the fact there is a very low turnover rate at this particular location. That enables me to deal with the same people time and time again and more than anything that makes me one satisfied customer."

"The Geek Squad is good enough. They seem to be pretty knowledgeable but the only thing I did not like is that they missed my first appointment. I will say that they usually take a week to schedule in the work and they did make every effort to get to me in about only a half a week. That impressed me. My only real complaint with them is that they set up an appointment with us on a Sunday evening at five o'clock and did not show up. They rescheduled, which was good, but they could improve a little in some business areas I guess."
