What services do you offer?

Chef Lori Harvey: "Full catering and personal chef service."

Chef Reto Biaggi: "I offer a wide choice of services, to be flexible and really fit my clients' needs. On Fridays and Saturdays I cater dinner parties and cocktail parties."

Chef Dianne Blancato: "Menu planning, shopping, cooking and packaging meals. Meals for corporate apartments and vacation rentals. Dinner parties and intimate dinners. Cooking lessons."

Do you offer personal meal planning and preparation?

Harvey: "We have a menu that clients can choose from. There are over 30 entrees and side dishes."

Biaggi: "Yes, it's at the core of my business. I interview every client and adapt my recipes to their needs and preferences."

Blancato: "Yes. I consult with clients to determine their likes and dislikes and health requirements, then plan menus based on that."

What service is the most popular with your clients and why?

Harvey: "The clients I've had for many years have a meal plan that gives them five entrees, five side dishes and a salad every two weeks."

Biaggi: "For couples, the most popular is five or six entrees with two side dishes per entrée. For families, it's usually six to eight entrées with one side dish per entrée."

Blancato: "Meals for in-home dining. Many people don't have the time, desire or skills required to cook nutritious meals for their family."

How do you charge for your services, and what's the cost?

Harvey: "The cost is $199 for five meals for two people. Additional servings can be added."

Biaggi: "It's $195 for entrées only to $255 for entrées and two side dishes for three meals, plus groceries. Each entrée serves four to six."

Blancato: "I charge an all inclusive fee or fee plus the food cost. Prices vary according to the service provided."

Do you have a dish you prepare that's the most popular with your clients?

Harvey: "Crab-stuffed chicken and roast beef."

Biaggi: "Some really love my vegetable side dishes, some love my salmon, and others just crave meatloaf or homemade lasagna."

Blancato: "Lasagna."

What's one spice or ingredient you couldn't live without and why?

Harvey: "Garlic and onions. It's a staple in our home."

Biaggi: "I'd have to say olive oil. Not that I use a lot of it, but because it's the only oil I cook with."

Blancato: "Garlic. It's a fundamental ingredient in the cuisines of many cultures."
