"Over the course of several days, I noticed that my refrigerator was getting less and less cold. Of course, I prayed that I was only imagining this, as a big repair bill was the last thing that I needed. After three days, I could no longer kid myself, and knew that I had to get someone out here. I went to Angie's List and called a number of well rated repair people, but they were all totally booked. I called

, and they were booked up as well. However, the woman on the phone was so kind. She said that she would contact one of their people and see if he could fit me in. She soon called me back with news that he would be here between 3:00 and 4:00. He arrived as scheduled and went right to work. The problem was that the thermostat had died. He brought in a replacement from the truck and installed it right then. I felt that the bill of $125 was very reasonable, and I would highly recommend them. Thank you so much,

. You really helped me out when I already had about as much stress as I could handle.

came in and identified a plumbing problem I wasn't aware of. Once I got that fixed, the dishwasher still wasn't working, but he came back out and fixed it without charging me another service fee. Professional and fair. And my dishwasher works."

Greensboro Appliance Repair Experts Reviews

A
"It was expensive. I spent over $3,000. They removed the old hot water heater, plugged a bath exhaust fan and installed the tankless hot water heater. They also installed a new gas line and new copper piping. The service was excellent from the sales people to getting an estimate and to the installation. They were quick and efficient. It was an expensive undertaking. I will use this company again in the future."

"My experience with the person on the phone was good. My experience with

as a provider of parts for what they sell was lousy. They could not provide me with the part I needed or even match the number."

"I called
Greensboro Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
at 9:00 am, and he was able to fit me in between 1:00 and 3:00 the same day. In fact, he arrived a few minutes early. It took him perhaps 5-10 minutes to diagnose the problem, and about 10-15 minutes to replace the part, which he had in his truck. Overall: punctual, kind, efficient, and reasonably priced. I'll certainly call again."

"Wonderful. Very nice, professional. Fixed the dryer, and warned us about hazards that we had. He came out 1 day after we called. Excellent experience all the way around."

"I didn t appreciate the fact that I had to pay the full price instead of a discounted price for the little work he did. But, he did provide next day service. I should've only paid for the service call fee but I needed it fixed otherwise everything in my freezer would have gone bad."

"I have used Pearsal Appliance repair on previous occasions and they are always prompt in their response, as they were this time. Their service men are courteous and explain what needs to be done before they do the work, so there were no surprises. The washer works fine now. I depend on their fair and honest work."

"They get all top grades from me. The whole thing went smoother than I thought it would. They sub-contracted the work out and everyone involved was professional and courteous. The people at Lowe's were very responsive and helpful with suggestions. The cost included all of the materials and new appliances."

"He has excellent prices and service. He came three times to finish the job. We have old pipes in the house and when he was doing some work he found a pipe was real gunky and he stayed until 6 pm to finish the pipe and got it unclogged. We are very satisfied and happy with him and his work. He does a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him."
