"After having a few different esitimates, Lakeside was the least expensive and the most down to earth. I had dealt w/ another company who quoted nearly twice the price and was extremely pushy. This company was not like that. The owner came over with references and information for me to keep. There were 2 packages to choose from and he went over the difference in materials, etc. We set up a time later that week and it was done the same day! There were quite a few workers and they were all professional and friendly. There were a few old nails that were left behind, but we had several layers of shingles that were pulled off. and they returned my call right away. They explained how their fees work and went to the house, saw what needed to be repaired and came back and repaired it. They charge a fee to come out - like a minimum fee, if they can fix for that fee then it's fixed. If it will be more, the fee is waived. My issue was resolved with the minimum fee - they also at my request made some other recommendations. I plan on following through with some of them. One of the recommendations stood out because they made a recommendation on something they can't service - just a friendly FYI which was appreciated."

"Called on Monday morning after leak severely damaged ceiling over weekend. Had estimate on the same day, and they came repaired the roof and replaced damaged roof vent the next morning. They let the interior dry completely and then returned and replaced the ceiling, insulation, part of walls and re-installed crown molding.
