"I live in Indianapolis. Bought a piano from sister's co-worker in New Palestine. The prior owners reported that the movers showed up right on time, and had piano loaded and out" the door in about five minutes. Their report mirrored my own experience. The movers came in, had piano loaded and in place in about the same time. Piano arrived without problems in tuning, and without a scratch. Seemed really efficient and professional I had to move a dinette set to make room for the piano, but wasn't able to get it out into the garage by myself; as a bonus, they took table apart, moved it into garage, and reassembled it for no charge. Overall, very happy with the service, and would definitely use them again.

"This was a very hard move with a large upright piano. Had to take it out the patio door with only blocks set up as stairs. It was amazing to watch as only two men were able to move" the piano. The piano was well protected and these guys were fantastic.

As promised, they called the night before for a 2 hour window. They showed up on time. They moved the piano promptly, safely and efficiently. They delivered it, put it back together (it is a baby grand and the legs had to be removed for transport.) and were on their way.
They were polite and extremely courteous. If you are reading negative reviews about these folks online, please do not believe them.
These folks are top notch!

I called
Grand Rapids Piano Movers Provider Name Locked
in a bind after another mover backed out on me at the last minute. It was his day off, and he and his crew were exhausted from a hard day of work on the previous day, but he called me back promptly and did his best to accommodate me. They came out the next day (which was a Saturday) and were professional, careful, and on time.

is a musician himself, so he really appreciated the value of the instrument and took care to see that it arrived at my home without damage.
This was not the cheapest estimate I got, and I know that he charged me extra for the inconvenience. But it was worth it to me. The other providers could not get to my job for weeks and most were not willing to take the old piano. I should add that there were 20 outdoor steps involved. Overall, I came away feeling very satisfied and knowing that it was worth what I paid to have the job done well.

I called
Grand Rapids Piano Movers Provider Name Locked
at
Grand Rapids Piano Movers Provider Name Locked
to get an estimate for the move of the piano. It seemed reasonable compared to other piano moves I had checked on Angies List. We agreed on a date for the move and
Grand Rapids Piano Movers Provider Name Locked
called day before to confirm appointment. He and another man showed up on time and efficiently moved the piano out to the truck. They had to move the piano to the second floor in a school and an elevator was not available. I understand it was about 15 steps. The school staff called me to say to the piano got to the destination in good shape.

Mr.
Grand Rapids Piano Movers Provider Name Locked
and his associates moved a piano for me from NY to NJ, about 150 miles. They gave me a 2 hour window for both pick up and delivery, and they were right on time. They were professional and courteous. I was quoted a price over the phone and I paid exactly what I was quoted. They were very careful with my property. I highly recommend this company. The service was outstanding.

They picked up and stored my piano while we were installing carpet. The initial need of one day turned into a month because the carpet company's incompetence. They were understanding and didn't charge any extra storage fees. Everything was reassembled and in the same condition as they found it. They were also a third cheaper than the other companies I contacted.
