"It is a very professional place. Very clean and in the downtown Grand Rapids area. They offer you coffee or water to drink. The stylists take a lot of time talking to you about your hair (texture, how is lays, color, etc.) before cutting your hair. They are on the pricey side. My hugest complaint is that you can pay for your services by credit card, but you can't tip by credit card. You either have to leave a cash or check tip. Who ever heard of that???"
