They added bead board wainscoting to a height of 6 feet around the rest of the bathroom, finished by moulding, with a skim-coated new wall surface above (the old walls were damaged because the old wallpaper had been glued directly to the wallboard). Then they installed a new vinyl plank floor (a kind they'd never done before and it's perfect and beautiful) and a new furniture-style vanity with natural granite countertop and under-counter mounted sink, and new satin nickel faucets."
