was responsive in every way. They were quick to come to measure, quick to submit a quote, and prompt in getting the work done on time and on schedule."

"He and his workers were very hard-working, squeezing us into their busy schedule last minute, (so we could put our house up for sale) and working late into the evening and on Saturday morning to complete the job. He and his workers were polite and honest, and I felt safe having them in our home even while my husband was at work. The basement looks great and his prices were very reasonable!"

"They send the people and they perform the work perfect every time. Each time we used Lowe's they used sub-contractors every time they were professional and we have used these subs for other work around the home. Excellent experience."

"I initially hired

to remove an ugly metal banister, and replace with a wood banister, near my front stairs. While he was estimating the work for me, we got on the discussion of my floors, and how I had hired a home improvement store to install wood flooring for me. I showed
Grand Rapids Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
the wood flooring I had ordered, and my plans for installation. Thank Goodness! He set me straight. Not only had I ordered the wrong type of flooring for my home, but the estimate to install was outrageous.

offered a re-estimate, returned the flooring FOR ME, and then proceeded to install wood floors throughout my home, for half the cost of the home improvement store. The project took a couple weeks, and of course was a bit chaotic with three young children running around. Every day, when I came home, it was amazing. All work materials were neatly put away, not a speck of dust anywhere. I was so comfortable with

and his crew that I actually gave him a key.

is truly a craftsman, and I have hired him since to do multiple jobs around my home. He goes above and beyond in his work, and really cares about the final product. He does beautiful cabinetry work too, so now I am saving to hire him to do my kitchen. If you have a project that involves woodworking,

is the guy to hire.

walked us through everything we wanted and got more information from us. Then they gutted the old tub and vanity, together with a 6-inch bump-out so we could get a 66" tub instead of a standard 60" tub. They installed the new very deep soaking tub, a

subway tile shower surround with a band of glass accent tiles, which was a pain because the studs were warped and they had to really work to get the concrete backboard straight enough to keep the tiles from going in in wavy or tilted lines. They added bead board wainscoting to a height of 6 feet around the rest of the bathroom, finished by moulding, with a skim-coated new wall surface above (the old walls were damaged because the old wallpaper had been glued directly to the wallboard). Then they installed a new vinyl plank floor (a kind they'd never done before and it's perfect and beautiful) and a new furniture-style vanity with natural granite countertop and under-counter mounted sink, and new satin nickel faucets."

"Went extremely well. From estimate to completion there were no problems. Very professional, prideful in his work, appointments kept, phone calls returned. Quality of work exceptional. Plan on having more work done in the near future and will not hesitate to call him again."

"The installers worked steadily without breaks. The company accommodated my needs very well, i.e. moving the piano, assembling/disassembling furniture. They were so good that I bought lunch for them. "

"Barb was prompt with her appointments. She brought her staff with her prior to starting the job so I could meet them. Started and finished EXACTLY when they said they would. We decided at the last minute to add a stain, and two days prior to the job start they came out and sanded a small section and applied 3 different stains so we could make a decision. It's the first time I've sent a thank you note to a service company. My floors look like a million dollars! And they cleaned up well!"

"They did a great job. The estimate was fair and complete and when "curve balls" came in that changed the project they were dealt with immediately and to our satisfaction. I had picked out some tile for the floor and once they unpacked it they asked me to double check it and make sure it was what I wanted. The tile was unlike the sample in the store and I was so disappointed. Immediately they packed up the tile, returned it to the store and the next morning

went shopping with me and helped me pick out some quality colorful tile at a better vendor. Talk about going the extra mile! We love our new room and will hire

for our next project without a doubt.

"I have a lot of experience with home improvement personnel so I half expected them to be late. Not so, in fact they were there when they said they would be, performed the work as ordered and turned out to be a very nice and friendly work crew. The carpet looks wonderful and I have since referred a number of friends to

. I have nothing but good things to say."
