, the owner, was very responsive and readily available. He worked within my schedule which had to be arranged around the cement workers so that everything (visit 2) would be finished in one day. He mailed the estimate right after the first visit and I paid that agreed upon price. Follow-up work was also completed in a timely manner and was reasonably priced. He also answered all of my questions about why the recommended course of action would be best for fixing my issues."
