He is a good doctor. He does a good job. The office sometimes gets busy. They have now moved to a new office and the office has improved now. I am going to see him again in a week.

We couldn't find the cup that Dr.
handed her last week so i sterilized a container and we walked into the Dr. office.
There was a sales rep of some sort speaking to Anessa. The older woman next to her asked for our name. I quietly stated we had a urine sample to drop off. I went to hand it to her and she pulled back and asked if it was in their container. i explained that it had been broken and I had sterilied another container which we used. She said that probably wouldn't work. I thought...what the hecks the differance. The Dr. gave us one...how do they know that one stayed sterile all week?
She goes back and asks..comes back out and says its no good. Hands her another container and asks if she can go now. She says yes so we go in the bathroom. I threw the sample we brought into the trash as she did her thing in the cup.
We come out and she hands it back to the older woman. She comes out with a label writes the info on it and goes back telling us to wait.
comes out and calls her back. Once back there she tells her the urine is no good because she didn't do a clean catch.
Now I'm furious because they are telling us we have to come back after lunch. I have already left work to come drop this urine off so I'm not coming back after lunch. So I left. I called
and asked what the h*** was going on. She said they needed a clean catch. 1st...she wasn't being drug tested. 2nd. Doctor
GAVE her the original cup...told her to pee in it AT HOME and bring it in. So EVEN if we had done it in the original cup...
woulda rejected it. 3rd. I drove all the way out to
to get treated like some dirt trash off the street. I may be on Medicaid but it ISN'T by choice. I am a displaced house wife struggling to care for 3 children.
When I made my very first appointment with this office it was apparent that they look down on medicaid recipients. Anessa asked my insurance i gave it to her, she asked why i needed an appointment I told her I needed my meds. She replied " The Dr. wont write scripts for pain meds." I told her I never said a word about pain meds as I suffer from panic and anxiety attacks.
Seemed to me today that the older woman at the window jumped to conclusions about the urine and what is was being dropped off for. I like Dr.
but her support staff isn't great at all. At least not to my family so far.
Oh and if you miss 1 appointment...they BOOT you out of the office....NO matter what. But they expect you to drive out your urine so they can refuse to take it and tell you to come back later. Idk. Not cool at all.

Dr.
Grand Rapids Family Practice Doctors Provider Name Locked
is personable, professional and astute. All of my care with her (including my OBGYN, prenatal and post-partum care) has been excellent. She answers questions thoroughly, takes time with you at every appointment, and relates with you as a person as well as a patient. The nurses are friendly and proficient. They are easy to reach by phone with questions and always respond to messages quickly.

Dr.

has a full patient load, however, so it can be hard to schedule appointments at times. She is also notoriously late - but the office and nursing staff do an excellent job of notifying patients of schedule changes or delays.

I feel heard and cared for when I am seen by Dr.

. He doesn't make assumptions. He listens carefully to all of my symptoms before making any assessments. And you can tell that he is tracking with you, because he doesn't give

responses to what is being described. I feel that he is very thorough and will refer me on to a specialist if he can't help me.

I arrived 15 minutes late and they were still willing to see me. Before I could even finish the paperwork they had me in a room for the examination. They communicated very well and told me everything they were doing and why they were doing it. At the end I needed to get a tetanus shot. I have a bad history with shots so I let them know that I might pass out. They were very sensitive to this and made it painless... and I didn't even faint!

I'm new to the area & picked her from list of providers used by my insurance co. I am very happy with Dr. Demock. She is extremelIy friendly & thorough & explains everything so you can understand. Office staff is excellent. They treat you like you are a friend instead of a patient. The nurse assisting Dr. Demock is also very friendly & efficient. Overall, a very nice experience.

She is absolutely wonderful! She is very thorough and always updated on the newest medical information. She is also very caring and assessable. If I call her, she will always call me within 48 hours. She explains what will be going on with you and makes sure you are clear with everything. She always gives you many options and discusses what to expect. She will work with you to make sure you are making the decision to feel comfortable about the path you'll take. She is very personable. When I call, I feel like she is available. She will refer you to a specialist if she doesn't know the answer.

We really like Dr
Grand Rapids Family Practice Doctors Provider Name Locked
. He is a MD. He was a family doctor for a number of years. Then he decided to specialize in treating attention deficit disorder and that is what he specializes in now. All of his clients are people who have ADHD and ADD. He treats children, teens and adults as well. I really like him a lot. He is very knowledgeable and very approachable. He wrote a book that has been published. I am 58 years old and I am a speech-language pathologist. Over the years I have worked with a lot of ADHD kids since it was a part of my job. I never recognized that I had it until I talked to someone who had just been diagnosed who was another adult. So, I went to see Dr
Grand Rapids Family Practice Doctors Provider Name Locked
and sure enough, the testing showed that I do have it. I have been on medication for it and it has made a huge difference in my life. The medication that he puts you on is not obvious because there are many medicines that you can use to treat ADHD depending on whether you are a child, teenager or an adult. He is super good at taking the information, looking at your history, looking at the current medical conditions you might have and kind of works on it. He will try some medication and then when you go back to see him in a month, he will find out how you are doing on that. He will then tweak it a little bit or cut down on one by giving you another one to take with it or switch completely. So, he is very good at choosing the therapy that works best for each person. Sometimes you have to wait a while to see him because he is very much in demand. They

?t bill insurance, but they will give you a super bill. So, you pay them and then submit that to your own insurance. It is a little different, but it works out fine. I would definitely use his services in the future too.

I have been going to him for about ten years now. What I like about him is that I feel like I get the quality time I need with him, that he talks to me and not at me, and the staff and the facility are very nice. It's a very clean and well kept office.
