Neat appearance, very proud of his equipment, lit up when I said nice van, offered to give me the tour, pretty impressive (I looked it up on the web, over $60k) it was spotless inside and out, he must of thought my family were slobs! Got right to work. I had moved some furniture he was to clean around the rest. It had been a full year since the last cleaning and we had twins in the meantime, so there were plenty of "spots". Anyway, long story short--the work was great, the carpets were spotless and some blueberry puke stains came out completely. I would highly recommend this guy, no offers for extra products or services, just in and out. I signed up to have him again in six months. Very professional, I would have been completely comfortable having him clean an empty house or when my wife was home."

"The cleaning man wanted to sell me on a stain resistant coat to go on the carpet. I was selling the house and told him I did not want that. He then started to get nasty because I would not buy a stain coat and was trying to pressure me into buying it. Then when I came back to see the job he had done on the carpet, it was almost as if he intentionally botched the job in the hallway. It looked like he had thrown dirt on the carpet."

"They did a good job on the carpet cleaning. One of the guys was moving a lamp and accidentally broke the lampshade. He was very apologetic. They looked over and over for a replacement lampshade. A month went by with no results. They said if they did not find a lampshade, they would reimburse me. After about 4 months, I called them and said there had not been any communication. They said they would mail a check. A month after that, I called again to say there was no check. They said it was mailed a week prior and that it was mailed from the home office out of state. Two days later, the check arrived and was mailed locally from within Wisconsin."

The cleaner tried to take up some spots on the carpet and they surely did along with the color of the carpet, so now I have different colored spotted carpet. They did not show up on time and they were very unhappy about helping me move a few pieces of furniture. The overall experience was terrible."
