After the 10 days promised on the ticket, I learned the order went no where because the tech could not find a serial number or model number on the range. After 3 more weeks and repeated calls, the parts issue has not been addressed by the parts department. Every call to the service rep. ends with a promise to email and a fax to the person(s) who order the parts and a two-day response time. They may be experts in repair, but are not experts in service."

"The lady I spoke with on the phone was very professional and told me they could come the same day, she would call me before they came. I received a phone call about an hour later and she asked if it was a good time, then she said they could be there in about ten minutes. Apex was on time and the repair man was very friendly and polite. He took a look at my washer, showed me the broken parts, took the time to explain how the parts worked, and told me how much it would cost to fix. They did a terrific job fixing the washer and it runs like new.
