Bell for plantation shutters for my Florida room. The purchase was for three windows totaling ten shutters. In order to meet my color requirement I had to go with the real wood. It just so happened that the home show was that weekend and I was given free tickets to see their display at the show. I met with the owner there and he in turn came to my house, double checked the measurements, and took the order for the job. I also requested a faux blind for my bath. The blind was delivered and installed prior to the shutters. I felt this was a nice gesture, as they could have waited and done both at the same time making it easier for them. The shutters were installed in a timely manner; approximately six weeks after ordering. The two men doing the installation were very fast, curteous, and clean they did a professional job! I was kept informed from start to finish I was very satisfied and would gladly do business with them again!"
